전체 평가 및 리뷰 Four Seasons Resort Lanai

본인은 오션뷰룸 묵음. 모든 객실이 그런진 모르겠으나 로비 및 수영장까지 방이 매우 먼편. 해변도 리조트에서 먼편. 직원들 서비스 청결상태 매우 양호. 리조트 음식은 외국음식을 잘 못먹거나 한식파라면 힘들것. 본인은 가리는것없이 다 잘먹는 편이지만 마지막날엔 좀 질렸음.

넓은 부지에 숙소가 넓게 분포되어 프라이빗한 분위기를 느낄 수 있고 조경도 매우 훌륭해서 정원 둘러보는 재미도 있습니다. 방도 물론 매우 넓고 깨끗하며 고급스럽습니다. 레스토랑들도 너무 맛있고 분위기 좋습니다. 생각보다 그렇게 비싸지도 않습니다. 마지막으로 앰베서더 분들이 황당하실만한 질문에도 매우 친절하게 최선을 다해 답해주셔서 감사드립니다.

위치, 주변 경치, 서비스, 음식 등 모두가 최고였음. 다만 가격이 비싸다는게 문제였음. 최고의 휴양을 원한다면 강력 추천.

최고급 호텔답게 친절한 서비스가 인상 깊었고 객실에 대한 요구사항을 100% 만족하게 들어 주었습니다. 그리고 밤에 바로 눈 앞에 쏟아지는듯한 별들을 본 잊지 못 할 추억이군요.

Loved it. Felt like you are on your own island. Great golf course.

One of the most beautiful properties with mature, manicured gardens. The food was excellent but the best part was the service. Nicest people around. Nice hiking, spectacular golf, fitness room was great.

Our check in experience was pretty bad. Went to three rooms before they got it right. However they made a reasonable compensation so we were satisfied.

It was just perfect! We will come back again!

The staff were amazing and our room was spotless. Everything was walkable and the scenery was surreal.

Service, staff, the grounds, and even the air transfer via Lanai Air. Pure luxury.

Unbelievable. Best hotel getaway ever. There’s really only four or five things to do on the island outside of the resort. But that’s exactly what we were looking for. “Dinner Under the Stars” was probably a top 10 lifetime experience. I highly recommend checking that out.

Like having your own private island

I was very disappointed to see how they still keep birds in cages in a property that sells itself for being "ECO". I would urge them to stop this cruel practice. Other than that, this is a wonderful property. I am still waiting for them to release a hold on my credit card for the full amount of my stay, amount that I already had paid in full through Expedia!!
