1. 키를 나갈때마다 맡기고 나가야함 2. 객실로 가는 리프트와 계단 옆에 레스토랑 입구가 있고, 리프트에서 투숙객만 버튼을 눌를수 있는 기능 (룸키 가져다 대는) 없어서 그 누구라도 리프트로 객실까지 접근 가능함 3. 머무는 중 새벽에 누군가 방문을 열려고 했고 깨어있던 내가 소리치자 도망감 4. 리셉션 직원에게 말했지만 누구인지 확인해주지 않음 모르겠지만 도둑일수 있다고 함 그 외 조치 없음 5. 객실 문에 열쇠 이외의 다른 안전고리 없음 그치만 호텔 자체는 역에서 매우 가깝고 룸 컨디션은 좋았고 리셉션 직원들도 친절은 해요... 그냥 괜히 찝찝할뿐....

지하철역과도 가깝고 조용하고 쾌적하였습니다

위치도 딱 좋은 곳에서 편안한 침대 덕에 푹 잘 쉬고 즐겁게 놀다 오기 좋았어요. 바르셀로나 중심가라 이동하기도 걸어다니기도 좋아요

The gallery hotel was one of the best hotels which I have stayed. . the location of the hotel : very convenient place close to metro and working distance to famous places like CasMia. . the facilities including bathroom : very clean with new equipments. . Bed. : excellent with soft and clean bedding and pillows . Service.: smart to put umbrella in front of each door on the rainy day. . Staff : excellent in feedback for any kinds of requests although change of the staffs on duty. I would like to recommend this hotel with very high value.

지하철역 엄청 가깝고 주변맛집 쇼핑 모두 최적의 위치에 있습니다. 방 깨끗하고 넓고 리셉션이 굉장히 친절합니다. 주변도 조용해서 아주 만족

The room was small (as expected), the bathroom conditions weren’t green with stained floor. We stayed there for 5 nights and never had our bedsheets/duvet changed. Bathroom amenities had not been refilled. Breakfast was disapointing with extremely limited choice and staff at breakfast made us feel not welcoming. Won’t be come back for the next time.

Pas mal de choses à revoir, notamment pour descendre au garage, il faut toujours passer par la réception pour qu’un membre du personnel nous fasse descendre et si on est pressé… tant pis, petit déjeuner avec très très peu de variété, certains membres du personnel pas très agréable,…

There was a night club below that caused a lot of noise but they moved us to a higher room promptly. Would be better if they just filled the higher rooms first.

A very nice hotel in a great location!

The staff are all welcoming. Check in and check out process was smooth. Ferran has been very helpful and went above and beyond. The manager also approved a 1 hour extension to give us time to pack our things after a morning tour. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options. Dinner at the Restaurant Sintonia was excellent. Thank you for an excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Gallery Hotel is now our go-to hotel in Barcelona. The location is wonderful, staff lovely and rooms are good (although some are on the small side which is usual in Barcelona)

Very good hotel at a perfect location in Barcelona. Comfortable and fairly large rooms, good selection of food at breakfast and nice restaurant for dinner. The hotel is located between Pasajes de Gracia and the upper part of Ramble with easy access to shopping and various options of good restaurants.
