1. 키를 나갈때마다 맡기고 나가야함 2. 객실로 가는 리프트와 계단 옆에 레스토랑 입구가 있고, 리프트에서 투숙객만 버튼을 눌를수 있는 기능 (룸키 가져다 대는) 없어서 그 누구라도 리프트로 객실까지 접근 가능함 3. 머무는 중 새벽에 누군가 방문을 열려고 했고 깨어있던 내가 소리치자 도망감 4. 리셉션 직원에게 말했지만 누구인지 확인해주지 않음 모르겠지만 도둑일수 있다고 함 그 외 조치 없음 5. 객실 문에 열쇠 이외의 다른 안전고리 없음 그치만 호텔 자체는 역에서 매우 가깝고 룸 컨디션은 좋았고 리셉션 직원들도 친절은 해요... 그냥 괜히 찝찝할뿐....

위치도 딱 좋은 곳에서 편안한 침대 덕에 푹 잘 쉬고 즐겁게 놀다 오기 좋았어요. 바르셀로나 중심가라 이동하기도 걸어다니기도 좋아요

The gallery hotel was one of the best hotels which I have stayed. . the location of the hotel : very convenient place close to metro and working distance to famous places like CasMia. . the facilities including bathroom : very clean with new equipments. . Bed. : excellent with soft and clean bedding and pillows . Service.: smart to put umbrella in front of each door on the rainy day. . Staff : excellent in feedback for any kinds of requests although change of the staffs on duty. I would like to recommend this hotel with very high value.

Ich habe das Hotel für knapp 200 € pro Nacht gebucht. Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend und ideal, um Barcelona zu erkunden. Leider entsprach der Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen an ein 4* Superior Hotel. Der Check-in wirkte sehr unpersönlich: Außer der Übergabe der Zimmerkarten und einer kurzen Info zum Frühstück gab es keinerlei Erklärung zum Hotel (Aufzüge, Pool, Fitnessraum etc.). Dass es überhaupt ein Gym gibt, haben wir erst am letzten Tag zufällig entdeckt. Auch das Zimmer war enttäuschend. Auf den Fotos wirkte es deutlich heller, moderner und größer. Der als "Innenhofblick" beschriebene Ausblick ging jedoch in einen komplett überdachten Innenhof mit Glasdach. Dadurch konnte keine frische Luft ins Zimmer gelangen und es wirkte insgesamt recht dunkel. Während unseres Aufenthalts fiel uns auf, dass viele Gäste Bademäntel und Getränkevoucher für die Bar erhielten, wir jedoch nicht. Ob dies vergessen wurde oder nur bestimmten Buchungen vorbehalten ist, wurde uns nicht erklärt. Ein Late Check-out wurde zunächst nur bis 12:30 Uhr angeboten (regulär 12 Uhr). Später hätten wir bis 14 Uhr bleiben können, allerdings gegen 30 € Aufpreis – obwohl das Hotel augenscheinlich nicht ausgebucht war. Insgesamt ist das Hotel aufgrund der Lage durchaus empfehlenswert. Für den Preis und die Kategorie hätten wir uns jedoch einen deutlich aufmerksameren Service, mehr Herzlichkeit und eine realistischere Darstellung der Zimmer gewünscht.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait : l’établissement est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et idéalement situé, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement des environs. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, qui a été d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables tout au long de notre séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis. C’est une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci pour ce merveilleux moment !

Great stay - location and staff were excellent. Unfortunately the spa and gym were out of action - which we weren’t made aware of before booking or before arrival. Great hotel, would stay again.

Pool doesn't open until 3pm. Wifi didn't work for half the trip in our suite. Others reported problems and we still didn't have internet so I couldn't work. YouTube didn't work on the TV. Bartender on the rooftop pool area pushes tips even with bad service thinking everyone is a foreigner. Disappointing overall. The location was good.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly, they assisted with our Uber pick up, texting the driver he has the wrong location. They also recommended a few good restaurants for us to try out. On top of that they offered us a bottle of mineral water and two glasses of wine, just for signing up for the rewards program. Their breastfast buffet has a lot of options, never ever bored of our 3 mornings and two nights of stay. On our last day we try out their rooftop swimming pool, after a hot day venturing out, it's a nice to dip in the pool sipping glasses of wine.

Upon arrival, we were greeted and graciously welcomed by the staff, which was wonderful, especially after a 12+ hour flight. The room was very clean and supplied with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was GREAT; very walkable to a variety of cuisine, shopping, entertainment, and public transportation (tram/bus). This hotel is not ideal for travelers with personal vehicle, as I did not see designated parking spaces or a valet service. If considering this hotel for your stay, I would strongly encourage booking.

Tucked in between the most beautiful thoroughfares in Barcelona, Passeig de Gracia y Passeig de Catalunya, this hotel is a gem. It's super comfy without being pretentious, with bars with nice, tasty Spanish bites both in the lobby and terrace (6th floor) level. The room was very nice, they cared enough to add an extra bed for my son. Having been before to the Catalonia hotel in Bilbao, I strongly recommend Catalonia Boulevard in Barcelona, and other hotels in this chain, to anyone in search for a boutique experience that is conveniently located, and nice without unnecessary flare
