Was great i like the convenience

Room was dirty, had to move my stuff twice from two different rooms because they were not cleaned. Finger nails on the carpet where someone has trimmed, hair in the bed. The place was really run down since we stayed there last time. Beds were well worn.

We had to switch rooms twice due to poor cleanliness. The staff was great about it though. Room 226 had mismatched paint and didn’t even have head boards. Was not cozy at all. Room 303 was much better although it was right next to the train tracks.

The room was clean the carpeting could use a wash. The bathroom has seen better days. The restaurant looked very nice. The food was mediocre. The service was very slow. Upon checkout, the front desk staff for dealing with a drunk rolling around on the floor most likely would not stay here again

The heater in the room was so load every time it was on. And the noice of the train right beside my room was extremely noisy all night. I didnt sleep more than an hr. I was very disappointed

Staff was very welcoming, attentive and helpful.

Better quality toilet paper and Kleenex. Didn’t need the used facecloth hanging from the shower rod. Last time breakfast was included now 12.95a person.

Clean room, helpful staff

The stay was disappointing due to several avoidable issues. The bed and pillows were extremely well worn and very uncomfortable. In the middle of the night, a loud altercation occurred right outside our room, and no staff intervened, which raised safety concerns. The toilet also required manual adjustment after each use to stop it from running, indicating poor maintenance. Until these problems are addressed, I don't recommend this hotel.

Room does not reflect the nice pictures of the lobby. Location was noisy. Smelled marijuana nonstop. The soundproof rooms weren’t soundproof enough to stop the domestic disturbances and sexual activities all around me. The fire alarm at three in the morning was the icing on the cake….never again.

The room was ok but the shower head was wiggly. Sleeping was challenging between the train at all hours, the hvac (we think) above us, a constant hum of something and the sound of the fan when the heat turned on. We got a suite and there was a definite temperature difference between the rooms. There was shampoo and body wash, but no conditioner. Check in was slow but the staff were friendly.
