DOD NOT HAVE MY ROOM! Made a reservation but….. They left me stranded at 11:30 at night, exhausted with two kids!!!

Beds were dirty, roaches in room. smelled like smoke. sink was filthy and broken. bath tub was very dirty. it said Motel was renovated a year ago and this is false. floors were cracked and broken

Start with the good: I didn't see any bugs. The bathroom was dirty. There was drywall mud and debris all over the floor. No TV in the room. Th linens were stained and dirty. Overall maintenance was far below shoddy with gaps in the flooring and non-functioning switches. I've slept in far worse places in the Army, but this place is in the running for worst place I've stayed.

Nasty. The room I was given had not been refreshed, even though I was checking in after 10p, so the room had been in disarray ALL DAY LONG. I was placed into a room with 2 queen beds. One of the beds had a burn hole in the covers, and the toilet seat was not fully secured. My days of staying in an RRI are over

Folks lingering outside. Smoking, etc. Ps, The first 2 rooms I was assigned hadn't been cleaned.

We trued to cancel it she said I had to contact Expedia bed sheets were dirty shower and toilet were nasty we went to a different hotel in Anderson Indiana we want are money back

It was bad. The air conditioning barely work and leaked all over the floor. The refrigerator also leaked on the floor. The bedding was stained bad. The toilet barely flushed. They wouldn’t give us new towels. I would recommend not staying here. The rooms also smelled bad

Was just trying to get a cheap place to stay for the night. Rooms weren’t cleaned and had cigarette burns on bedding and stains
