The pool was closed but you didn't know that until you got there and there was a written note on the check in door that said it was closed for maintenance. BY the looks of it, it is always closed for maintenance. Bedroom was not very clean. Bathtub was gross. Half the hotel seemed to be permanent residence. I would not stay there again especially for the full price. Staff was ok but not super friendly.

Was given a room on second floor. However, only way to het there was in pool area with narrow steps. Not the safest.

Shouldn’t have to pay extra for a dog……

Good comfortable place for a night's sleep. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast options very limited.

The value

Someone was working on a room until well after 1am. Then, the next morning, they were back at it at 5am. We travelled 3.5 to spend some time with friends and didn't get decent sleep!!

Front desk staff falsely accused and rudely accused me of violatng no pets policy wo any proof Room had broken bathroom light switch

Nice cheaper spot in petoskey. Short drive to downtown, casino and any stores you need are right there. Boyne Mtn, Highlands and Nubs all within 30 mins. It’s pet friendly which is nice. The only bad thing were the pillows. Bed was fine, room was clean and warm even in the winter. We will book again.

The room itself was comfortable, and we slept well. The hotel itself was a little rough, it’s in need of updates and a facelift. It was fine for what we needed but I would not stay again.

Very good price for location

We booked this place after our kids’ away basketball game where we got caught in a storm and just needed an overnight. Didn’t realize it was a motel, so as we all arrived you could see the hesitation from the families-but it was a pleasant surprise that the beds were comfy, rooms warm & clean-it served the purpose and we didn’t have the breakfast since there were great options nearby. Staff was friendly, I was satisfied overall.

Would have liked a hot tub, but it was gone and there was a deck over it. The hotel was clean and had a good pool.

Check-in was fine, not a lot of chitchat. The rooms were what you expect, nothing more, nothing less. I’ve stayed at worse places for more $. One thing I found interesting is they had cleaning crews come in during your stay which hasn’t happened anywhere else in this area/ at most motels I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was bagels, yogurt, cereal. I’d stay again for the $

Room was extremely small but clean. Bed was comfortable. We were next to the stairs and people were up and down being loud half the night. (Early morning ? 2am until we left around 9)

Good place to lay your head. Bathroom needs to be remodeled. Noise from highway evident. Ice buildup between sidewalks and curb outside out room along with in parking area. Slip and fall bound to happen.
