전반적으로 너무 청결하지 않았고, 에어컨에서 곰팡이 냄새가 너무 심하게 났다. 나중엔 곰팡이 냄새가 너무 나서 그냥 끄고 잤다. 냉장고가 너무 더러웠다. 겉면은 청소가 되었지만 안에는 더러웠다. 샤워기 헤드도 너무 더러웠다.

The only thing positive about this hotel was the maintenance worker. Very polite and helpful.

Staff is always very friendly. Rooms are what you would expect in an Econo Lodge. Would be nice if there was working guest laundry. Always a comfortable stay.

Wasn’t handicap accessible for my 93 yr old mom. Toilet so low she couldn’t get up. Had to put a chair in the shower and other side of her so she could push herself up. Tub and toilet dirty, uneven floors where the drawers were always open. Very noisy in hallways and slamming doors all night, could hear pounding on the other side of the wall. Not a restful stay at all.

Pool was cold asf n hotel room had stink bugs flying around. Didn't offer room services.

This is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. It was filthy and our room was full of cockroaches. We complained about it and the people at the front desk laughed and stated that they had no other rooms, they were full. The door did not lock, and we did not feel safe in our room. We offered multiple complaints and all the front desk said was that they were busy and they were full with no other rooms, after they laughed at us. How would they like to stay in a room full of cockroaches, including cockroaches in the halls, dead and alive on the floor and live cockroaches on the walls. This hotel needs to be shut down and remodeled and fumigated. What a joke. The people at the front desk did not speak American English and did not understand American English. Definitely will not stay here again. There are a lot of other hotels in Rapid City that are clean and safe. Look somewhere else for a better hotel for safety and no cockroaches.

place was old out dated, had old musty smell, pictures online where deceiving. i would not stay there again

For the price it's acceptable. My room was quite decent.

We stayed 3 nights. The breakfast was always good with sausage, omelets, waffles, etc and fresh juice. The staff was nice. The condition of the hotel was poor. There were some broken windows, old flooring and furniture, and the elevator was scary.

Breakfast was lack luster and limited. Laundry and room stained as well as not fully cleaned. Staff was difficult to work with, unfriendly and hard to communicate with.

This place was very unpleasant! The breakfast was cold. No juice the only thing edible was the waffles. We had to move rooms 3 times. The first room had no hot water and the tub didn’t drain. 2nd time there was mold in the bathroom ceiling. 3rd room was ok. Still had mold in the bathroom but was tired of moving at that point. The pool was freezing. The hot tub was cold and the jets would shoot you in the face and were broken. And beware if you are allergic to bees because there was wasps everywhere. Not to mention that the staff was rude and rolled their eyes because we voiced our concerns.

The first room we got the door just opened without a key cause the whole lock was taken out. The second room i could use the hotel key on but couldnt lock from the inside. There were also roaches crawling across the floor after being in there for a bit. The bed and pillows were hard. I slept with the lights on, on top of the covers.

There was no Laundry area that I could see. The room had dirty windows, there was hair in the shower area, black mold in the bathroom area. The elevator had no lighting. We were on the second floor and had to use elevator as my husband is disabled. There was no light in the elevator to see which floor you were on or what floor to get off. It was a hit or miss.

They over charged me and it was dirty. The sheets weren't even changed. Bedbug stain on sheets. I'll never stay there againthey also charged me for 10/01/2025 to 10/02/2025 and I didn't even stay there the first charge to my card is for$59.17 and the next one is$66.13. and that front desk lady is the one that canceled my bookings. I want myoney back asap

Pool was cold, hot tub was not working and had bugs in it and there was NO LIGHT in the elevator. A light went out in our room, and no one came to check our rooms the whole time (no service). Breakfast was fine, and front desk was nice. Seemed busy all the time?

The floors in the room were very sticky. Staff was friendly.

BEDBUGS, MOLD AND COCHROACHES IN BOTH ROOMS! DO NOT STAY HERE! With the mold, cochrach and bathtub that would not drain when taking a shower and leaving you standing in at least 6 inches of water, I tried to get a refund for the second night and was going to go somewhere else. I was told I could not get a refund but could get a new room. We had noticed bites on my husband but wasn't sure what from until we found bed bugs crawling in the bed with us in the new room. Went to the front desk and was told we could get a new room. We shook all our stuff out and left to go to a new hotel. She only offered a new room, UNEXEPPTABLE!

Hot tub had dirt and bugs in it. Staff was unhelpful in every way possible. Room was full of bugs, moths everywhere, spiders and webs all over room. Hole in shower, dirsty plunger with poop toilet paper on it in bathroom. 0/10
