Nice large room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Check in was easy and very nice people at front desk. On site restaurant was very good. Easy and abundant parking.

Very nice staff, nice room with a super comfortable bed and spacious shower. Superb breakfast. Nice heated pool, sauna and spa. Very good location. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Zimmer, höfliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück

Quisiera trasladar mi profunda insatisfacción por la experiencia vivida en su establecimiento. Recibí un trato despectivo y humillante por parte de dos empleados; la falta de profesionalidad y de empatía no solo impidió la resolución del problema, sino que lo agravó con actitudes claramente insensibles. Agradezco las disculpas recibidas por parte del subdirector, pero considero imprescindible que revisen con urgencia sus protocolos de selección y la formación en atención al cliente y empatía. No es aceptable que un establecimiento emblemático de la ciudad deje a un cliente en esa situación.

La habitación

Lovely staff, couldn’t do more. Room clean, perfect location and fairly priced secure parking if you reserve a spot. Only downside, the rooms can be noisy at night, we had a particularly noisy neighbour in the next room who was entertaining guests with music quite loud. The hotel staff did respond promptly to us requesting they ask them to keep it down, which they did but it was still audible and just annoying really when you’re wanting a peaceful stay. Wouldn’t stop me returning, the second night was no issue.

Friendly and polite staff, always willing to help and the rooms are great.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Saratoga war durchweg sehr angenehm und absolut überzeugend. Die zentrale Lage in Palma ist ein großer Pluspunkt und macht das Hotel zu einem perfekten Ausgangspunkt, insbesondere für die Fiesta de San Sebastián. Viele Veranstaltungsorte, Plätze und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man das Fest und die Stadt ganz entspannt erleben kann, ohne auf Verkehrsmittel angewiesen zu sein. Die Zimmer sind modern, stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig, mit bequemen Betten und einer hochwertigen Ausstattung. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Details und Komfort gelegt wird. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen Produkten und einem aufmerksamen, freundlichen Service. Insgesamt ist das Personal ausgesprochen professionell, hilfsbereit und herzlich, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich aufwertet. Fazit: Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Stadthotel mit idealer Lage, hohem Komfort und exzellentem Service. Besonders für einen Aufenthalt rund um die Fiesta de San Sebastián eine hervorragende Wahl. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen.
