Location is great Internet not so good Toilets load. Rooms clean Staff very friendly

Hotel is on a walkable location to restaurants, pier and beach. The room needs upgrades on the interior and furnishing. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

Old school hotel, did not serve complementery water in the room.

The staff at Sonesta are wonderful. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I love that we were able to bring our dog and how accommodating they are. We got dog treats and water and food bowls and really just the warmest welcome. The rooms are very comfortable with nice beds and quiet. We had a small issue with our fire alarm , it was beeping and they immediately took care of it. We will be staying here again and can’t beat the location. The bar was great to watch your game at in the evening with good drinks & food. 10/10

Nice location but terrible room service! Never experienced such an awful room service: No dusting in 1 full week! Items on counters have not been removed or replaced to swipe (coffee stains stayed during the whole time). Black hairs in the shower stayed for one week (we are blond).

The area and staff are nice but the rooms are dated.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, convenient parking (although not cheap!), and nice walkable location. We were a little disappointed with the road noise on our balcony.

Liked breakfast restaurant. Like quietness of lobby and lounging areas. Requested wake up call never received-big problem.

Great location, clean and warm, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, Bistro very understaffed, and bar lacking many of their menu items; unusual for a holiday weekend.
