깨끗하고 친절합니다. 다만 시설이 조금 오래되서 엘리베이터나 수도꼭지 등은 불편합니다. 바로 앞 도로의 소음도 조금은 들리고요. 그런데 그런걸 가만하더라도 장점이 더 많고 특히 위치가 가장 맘에 들었습니다.

The speed of housekeeping service that I asked is too late. Except that all is fine. Especially location is very good.

El hotel es antiguo pero esta muy bien mantenido. La pileta no esta climatizada el sauna esta ok y el gym pequeño pero suficiente. El desayuno muy bueno y tienen por aprox 17 dolares almuerzo o cena buffet. La atencion del personal es excelente y la ubicacion perfecta, muy bien conectado con metro y buses.

Café da manhã - razoável Equipe de funcionários- faltou simpatia e atenção aos pedidos solicitados sem resposta. Quarto era bom ,lençóis bons , precisam substituir o cobertor pôr edredom. Banheiro : limpeza razoável Antiquado Banheira perigosa Ducha difícil para controlar a temperatura da água .

The location is excellent but the hotel is not new. Decoration must be updated and although breakfast is buffet they did not change the menu at all. We were there 8 days. Staff can be more attentive

Estaba limpia aunque por el tema de alfombras se sentía un poco olor a humedad o polvo. La atencion bien. Muy buen desayuno siento que bien completo estilo bufete para escoger lo que gustes, frutas, quesos, panes, y demas. Y siento que muy buena ubicación.

The hotel is in a good location. 2 minutes walk and there is a place to eat, pharmacy, grocery shop. Breakfast at the hotel is standard (different types of bread/pastries, cheese/sausage, omelet, potatoes, sliced fruits/vegetables). The numbers need to be renewed. Personally, my room was dirty, the furniture was all from the 90s. The sink didn't work at all, the toilet was flushed not even the first time. But there was no desire to clarify the relationship. I arrived in Santiago at 6 a.m., I was already at the hotel at 7 a.m. The hotel is full, there are no available rooms. Check-in only from 3 p.m. A few weeks before arrival, I wrote through messages to the hotel - no answers.
