전체 평가 및 리뷰 Courtyard by Marriott Houston Hobby Airport

The room accommodations were horrible. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We have 4 people staying, only 3 towels in room. Called over and over, couldn't get anyone. Finally someone answered and said no one was available to bring a towel up. Beds were worst we have ever slept on, spring in my back all night. Pillows-paper thin. Ice machine was broken. It was all around a very unpleasant stay. We have never had a Marriott experience like this.

Nice building but there definitely needs to be a refresh. The tub was peeling with exposed rust

Excellent and very close to the airport

The staff that checked us in was not friendly at all and whenever we walked in and out, they never said hello or were welcoming. Even the person working the breakfast area was very, very unfriendly. Plus the yogurt was expired and the blueberries had mold on them. We will not be staying here again.

It’s a very convenient area , near the airport and relatives we have there. The pool area looks nice but there were no towels available. After 2 times walking over to the reception area , we finally got towels. We didn’t know we had to request housekeeping , when we did, we asked for it and we were told it was too late, however we did get fresh towels for the bathroom but no bed making. We did try calling the reception desk and housekeeping a couple of time but no one answered or the “voicemail “ was full and we couldn’t leave a message. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and appropriate when we arrived

Rooms need to be updated, they smelled musty and mildewy, beds need to be a better quality

It’s a mediocre stay and similar to a days inn Was expecting it to be very comforting and neat , but it was OK Very old hotel

I have stayed here several times for work. It’s convenient. The wine prices are way too high. It’s a working man’s hotel and the wine is way too expensive there.

Great service and wonderful staff

Parking was not clear nor defined. Access to it was a bit odd. Area don’t seem too safe.

I had to pay to get a room, after I had booked and paid your company Travelocity I am very disappointed in Travelocity,, I tried to call your company. I tried to get in touch online no resolve, I hope it check out tomorrow morning. I will get a refund,

This is my go to place when I have to come work. There’s no reason to pay bigger bucks at the big Marriott next-door when I can get a very decent room for much less money. It has a shuttle that takes me to my work and then it picks me up from there to take me to the airport nearby. Perfect except for the wine prices - those are a little high.

The beds were absolutely horrible. Very hard. The room smelled so bad. We constantly coughed all night. The carpet was damped and musty smell. I wouldnt recommend this hotel.
