냉장고가 없어 다소 불편했지만 따뜻한 물 등 필요한 부분을 제공받을 수 있었고, 가격대비 공간이 넓었습니다

주차장이 너무 잘되어있어서 좋았습니다~~

위치는 역에서 가깝고 주변에 레스토랑 등이 많아 편리하고 가성비좋은편입니다. 다만 호텔 리섭션 직원이 너무 무례했습니다. 불친절이 아니라 무례하기짝이 없었어요. 외출직전에 작은짐을 데스크에 맡길수있는지 물어보면 "나는너의 룸서비스가 아니야.너희 스스로 짐을 보관해"이렇게 응대합니디.보통은 여긴 장소가 협소해서 혹은 트렁크외에짐은 분실문제로 힘들어. 이렇게 얘기하지 않나요? 체크인아웃때도 인종차별이라 느낄만큼 고압적이였습니다. 커넥티드 룸이 있냐고 물었고 그렇게 해준다해서 올라가보니 너무 먼방 . 다시 리셉션에가니 "내가 말한 커넥티드는 같은층을 의미해.같은 층인거에 만족해" 같은층에도 좀더가까운 방들이 청소중이여서 좀 기다려서 가까운방 배정해달라 했는데 짜증내면서 안된다고. 최악의 호텔리어들을 만나긴 첨이예요.

Pleasant stay with kind staff. The room was clean and tidy. As it's ibis, you shouldn't expect the room to be big and the view from the room to be spectacular. Overall, not bad.

I picked this hotel mostly because of location and parking with chargers, but the parking is currently closed with no alternative options. Meaning I had to park 15min away at the train station, and didn't get to charge my car.. Had I known the parking was closed, I would not have stayed here. There is also no way to regulate temperature here besides opening the window, but the constant train noise ment the window had to stay shut, and they kept the room at way to warm for me.

Nice hotel and nice staff. Firm beds and ok breakfast. But the noise from the railroad tracks will make us look for something else next time.

Terrible one night stay at Ibis Hamburg Alster Hotels Terrible experience at a one night stay at one of Ibis Hotels “Ibis Hamburg Alster Hotels”. There were so many things being disappointed about making it hard to list them all. Such as - The elevator was so slow, and at one time it stopped completely with a bump - like it was broken. We ended up taking the stairs most of the times. - We were specifically looking for a hotel with parking opportunities, but when we got there their parking basement were under construction. Which we have not been notified about beforehand. So we had to park our car 5 minutes away in a very expensive parking lot. Adding to the costs of staying at the hotel. - The duvet was made of synthetic plastic making it horrible and very hot to sleep with as your body could not breath through it. We ended up taking the duvet out of the bed sheet in order for us to sleep af bit in a better temperature. - The aircondition was terrible and turned of several times even when it was still hot in the room. We got so little sleep due to the above described conditions and we were only staying one night since it was just a break before travelling to Italy It’s rarely that I’m this disappointed about a hotel. Look out for ibis hotels - not worth saving a bit. Go for a bit more. expensive hotel and get a better stay. Everything else in Hamborg was great though.

Jeg har nu boet der et par gange og der er stadig ikke en "safe" på værelserne - det er simpelthen for pauvert. En safe til pas, penge billet og I-pad vil være tilstrækkelig.

We had a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean overall, though perhaps a little more attention should be given to the carpet. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is less than a five-minute walk from the main train station, and there are lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. I got a good deal when I booked the room. Therefore, it was great value for money.

Sauberes Zimmer und Frühstück gut mit wenig Auswahl

Zimmer in Ordnung und ausreichend groß. Lage des Hotels super, Bahnhof und Alster fußläufig erreichbar. Leider war es sehr warm. Es gab nur eine große Bettdecke im Doppelbett. Das Bett selbst war sehr hart und unbequem. Das WLAN war nicht sehr gut

Zimmer sauber, etwas abgewohnt aber sonst in Ordnung, harte Matratzen. Tolle Lage für Stadtbummel. Etwas laut strassenseitig

My girlfriend and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent only about a 10-minute walk from the central station and roughly 10–15 minutes on foot to the main shopping street and Rathaus Square. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety ranging from fresh waffles to the classic bacon and eggs. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
