Was a good night's rest friendly staff and great experience will use again

Hotel charged me a $35 2 hour early check in fee. Will use another hotel next trip. I have never been charged extra to check in an hour or two early

Nice hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful, reasonable rates, close to other useful amenities, breakfast every morning. Laundry capacity is limited. Room has fridge and microwave but no coffee pot, but coffee is available in the lobby.

It did not have an elevator for somebody that needed an elevator

Not the highest equity but it was generally really nice :) "Ron" at the front desk was super cool and sweet, the staff were very accommodating and the whole facility was pretty clean and put together. The pool is heated btw it's really nice! The Continental breakfast was delicious with a big variety of options (I'm an incredibly picky eater and I got my stomach full!) the front desk provided towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. Upon request and always answers calls from the room quickly! It's a great hotel for the low price! 5 stars will be staying again!!

Place was absolutely filthy. Room smelled of mildew, hadn’t been vacuumed in who knows how long. Blood on the comforter. Outside were local bums and drug addicts roaming in and out of parking lot, some went in for their own complementary coffee. Asked for refund or discount, was told “to leave if I not like”.

This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I was only here one night to rest a bit during a long drive, but I wish I could have stayed much longer. The staff were very kind and helpful, the check-in and check-out processes very fast and easy, the facility clean and beautiful, the location great, the price was incredible for so much value, and so much more. The only thing lackluster was the breakfast, but everything else makes up for it easily. From here on out, I will be intentionally seeking out these specific hotels.

The room reeked of old smoke, pillows were full of smoke- disgusting, couldn’t sleep, horrible night- waste of money

located in the very back by woods, one way in/out etc.

No elevator, had to use stairs. Breakfast was crowded.

I shan’t let anyone know,when you make a reservation be sure you reserve right floor, because if you are disabled it’s very complicated get stairs to 2nd floor, it’s no elevator

My children felt secure and safe

I was in room 201 and there must be bed bugs in this room. because next day i had half a dozen bed bug bites

Found in the room. Made us not want to stay. Ants or termites. I have a picture but it wont load.

Very ran down. Need updated. Everything appears worn. Mattress hard and coils feel springs.
