Hot tub was covered, sauna had a padlock on it. Pool was so cold that you couldn’t be in there unless you were actively moving around. Breakfast was cold and flavourless

Loved the atmosphere. Staff was very courteous and professional. Building and rooms could use some TLC in places

Very outdated, needs minor and major upgrades. The rooms are meh and old, the pool facilities are definitely in need of upgrades. The price you pay for what you get don’t really match up. We chose this location as we loved coming here as kids and wanted our kids to experience it as well. Disappointed for sure. But not a terrible place. Don’t eat at the “R” restaurant terrible food for fancy dining prices. Room service food was great though.

Disappointed in the cleanliness. Bedding sheets were so old with small holes and pillowcases were actually hand mended. And discolored. Lots of black hair I picked off the very crinkled sheets before we could lay down. Other than that stayed in the one bedroom suite in the south hall bathroom was very large loved the shower and it was clean Some debris on the carpets by the curtains.

No issues, waterpark was great for the kids, waterslides in great condition.

Old and well used property. Understaffed. The girl working in the front desk also had to work the convenience store so she had to run back-and-forth. The breakfast in the morning wasn’t very good as far as hotel breakfast bars go

Good location for us, mall across the street, caught the shuttle to the tiger/canes game. Casino was good and breakfast in the morning was decent. Definitely an older hotel and could use some updates.

The staff were friendly and the property was clean. Stayed here in the past, and like the overall experience. It's starting to show it's age and could use some upgrades and renos.

Reasonably priced for what is offered.

Only stayed for proximity to casino, which is an obvious and only plus. This hotel is way overdue for upgrades. Hot tub was never repaired and pool/slide water is so cold, the kids are freezing within minutes. Rooms are fine, outdated for sure. Lots of good dining nearby but also 4-5 far superior hotel options nearby as well.

The hotel and rooms is very outdated and old. We did not end up staying the night cause it wasn’t a comfortable environment and you can smell the age of the hotel in the hallways.

No hot tub which has disappointing, no to go cups with complimentary breakfast. I like to take a coffee to my room. Staff was friendly and room was average and clean

This hotel is in need of some major updating, especially in the bathrooms. It has nice waterslides that attract a lot of families but if you are not into waterslides or casinos, I would recommend that you stay elsewhere. The restaurant is just ok - the room service menu is more appealing.

The people cleaning the room does a very poor job. Bed was left unmade,was towels left laying on floor in bathroom. No coffee cups left or drinking cups. Lots of dust in room. Needs alot of paint

Entrance very appealing,once you get to the rooms down hill. Both of our sinks were plugged. Two attempts to fix the problem then one guy ended up taking the plug out completely and throwing up behind the taps. Never did get room cleaning or supplies restocked. Very poor service. The big chair in the corner was filthy with stains. Could not use it for that reason. Curtains were hanging off the hooks and could not open them. We rehooked them and finally got them working. Will definitely not return and will discourage people from staying at the lodge.

Our bed had a huge clump of hair in it. Changed rooms. Tv didn’t work in the 2nd room. Pool is old and falling apart. Hot tub permanently closed.
