Property is good for stay

Nice

Staff was friendly enough. First room I try to get into apparently the battery is bad on the door lock keypad so I had to go back to the check in desk. Second room I enter an have to go to bathroom an then realize the toilet isn’t working.. third room was adequate, I did find a couple hairs in the bathroom

Property was very clean, all staff was very hospitable andd the breakfast sas very nice. The only thing i was disappointed in, was when we were awakened by the maintenace guy, who decided it was a great idea to blow the parking lot with a very loud blower, at 8am. Also, a lady with housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am, to ask if we were leaving or staying till 11am check out. We were still in bed and trying to sleep before getting back on the road. I understand they were only doing their jons, but maybe wait toll guest are actually checking out to start them.

Smell was absolutely terrible and didn’t feel safe

This place was roomy and the linens were clean. Good price so close to casinos. It was close to a busy street so you definitely hear the cars.

Wasn’t spectacular. Just average.

Love the area

They did deal with a double booking charge after a second call when we got home. The bathroom (behind the door) was disgusting. The breakfast was terrible. The biscuits were rock hard and the gravy was nasty. )We went to Whataburger).

Nice and quiet and we loved the staff.

We enjoyed that it was quiet, staff was super friendly, and the price.

Close to area

The room was fairly up to date and the staff was very kind and friendly. They're repaving the parking lot and work started at 6:45 AM just outside our door. So that did impede on our sleep a bit. The good news is that they'll be done with that work before most people see this review. The opposite side is fairly close to the highway - so I can see that it may be a bit noisy on that side too. But being in your room with the AC on should drown out most of the noise. After May 2025 - we'd certainly stay there again. But not until the parking lot work is completed.

I come here every 6 months to go to the Dr. at the Shreveport VAMC. I am a Disabled Veteran. I always book this hotel because the Staff treats me great.

All was fine with the hotel. We arrived late at night and observed some people meeting in the parking lot. Suspicious of that.

Terrible!! They HAVE BED BUGS!!

The staff was great. Clean room and good breakfast. Will have to remember to request a room on the front side of the building as the back side faces a very busy freeway.

We found bugs in one of the beds and some kind of debris in the other bed. Then a member of your staff knocked on our door at 7 o’clock in the morning and found out that they used our room as a break room.
