깨끗한 룸 컨디션. 대형 쇼핑몰 인근에 자리잡고 있어 편리함.

It was 6 degrees outside and I took my grandchildren down to the pool and the heaters were blown cold air out and the pool heater was not working. But this hotel still allowed the kids to swim in the frigid pool. The hotel should have locked up the pool area to fix the heaters. Some of these kids could and probably got sick. Besides this mishap, everything else was GREAT.

Last minute decision to stay but will definitely be staying there again. Great staff, clean facilities and nice little bistro/coffee shop was perfect for the cold weather trip.

We had a short stay at this property, typical chain hotel, clean, friendly and efficient. Couldn’t get proper heat going, but that was maybe more me since I don’t have an electrical engineering degree. Overall a nice stay.

Clean, friendly service, was very impressed.

All in all, a good value for a room. The staff we interacted with were wonderful. Busy weekend and parking was inadequate so had to park at motel next door which is also a Marriott property. We did not expect to need the sofa-sleeper but did, cleaning staff needs to inspect the carpet under this furniture as it was a bit nasty. It would appear that chips, crumbs, etc have been falling through the sofa for some time.

We pulled the blankets back on the bed after getting back from a concert and the bed sheets were full of urine.

Great hotel

Friendly staff, clean and quiet. Starbucks in the lobby and near food and shopping options. It was perfect for our overnight passing through.

From the moment I walked into the hotel all I could smell was a musty odor. Did they have some water damage? Allergies went crazy. Room was ok, weird shaped couch very uncomfortable. Ordered flatbread it was floppy and burned on the bottom. One and done stay.

NTR

I booked a double queen room for 4 people but was assigned a king room because they overbooked double queen rooms.

While the room was clean and comfortably arranged, the mattress was lumpy and old, the minifridge compressor was very loud, and the soap in the shower was not filled.

We stayed in room 405. It has a weird red stain on bedspring that was alarming and noticed while sitting in chair. Overall room was clean, and roomy. The TV was on when we arrived and couldnt be shut off or unplugged. I covered it with a blanket to ease the room for sleeping. Staff was pleseant at checkin, lobby inviting as we sat and chatted with a big Group for a few hrs. The snack/stsrbucks area sold beer and wine which was fantastic!
