Staffs are nice and the location is perfect. Bathroom is spacious. But hotel is kinda old and needs to be renovated partially. Especially, if you want a big room with Capitol view windows, you better book a bigger room rather than a single room

가격이 조금 비싸지만 시내접근성등은 매우 좋았음

방이 생각보다 크지않았네요 온수가 오락가락해서 겨울이라 좀 불편했습니다. 음식은 맛있고 주변에도 맛있는 곳들이 많아서 편리했어요. 위치는 캡피톨 광장에 붙어있어서 찾기도 관광하기도 참 좋았습니다. 시끄럽지는 않습니다. 다만 주차장은 좀 떨어진 공영을 이용해야되구요. 유료네요.

Lovely hotel in an ideal setting. Room was small and lacked a window for natural light. Ceiling in the bathroom was extremely low. Shower in bath for those 5ft 6 and under.

Room was very dated and dusty. The bookshelves have fake book facades on them that are covered in a quarter inch of dust. Pillows were old. We requested feather pillows and they said they would provide them but didn’t. Bathroom was nice but there was no conditioner in shower - only large bottles of shampoo and body wash. Windows are not soundproof. The main areas of the hotel were clean and the staff was friendly. Excellent location and the restaurant next to the hotel is very popular and well liked. This should be listed as a 3 star property.

The room was excellent, the staff very welcoming, polite and professional. Amenities fantastic. Would recommend to anyone, in fact, I have come back for another night!!

If French is not your first language all of the staff we encountered spoke English & we’re really polite and courteous.

La limpieza y el personal

We were in the oldest part of the hotel and it was kind of magical! No elevator but a winding staircase up what must have been a tower, with the room opening directly off the staircase. It was like being a princess in a tower. The room was clean and spacious. The staff brought the bags to our rooms and were very helpful with dinner suggestions. We were only there one night, but if (when!) we are back I will wear a beautiful cocktail dress and sit in the gorgeous lounge with a glass of champagne.
