When I go to a hotel, I expect it to be a welcoming environment. Well, walking up to the door we noticed the grass was way overgrown, and the doors were filthy. We did not even want to touch the handles. And a sign on the door stating the weight room and pool, are temporarily shut down. That in itself wanted me to ask for a refund. Upon entering our room there are no words for good ending. The breakfast was very disappointing, most people like more of choice for hot foods other then eggs & sausage. Like waffles, biscuits & gravy, sausage patties. What about fresh fuit and really have water available for customers at all times. I think it pretty sad when customers have to volunteer to mow the lawn and clean the front doors.

For a family of 4, there was only 1 washcloth and 2 towels, when asking for more, the lady looked at me and shook her head no- wasn’t sure they had any. Breakfast was very small, no real options. Pool was closed and was not aware until checking in at the hotel. Beds were comfortable, but loading/unloading doors were not automatic, so made it harder to accommodate all the things.

Bed was very comfortable. Very clean in the room and bathroom was spotless.

Everything was great except the tub had lots of mold around, and also the carpet was not cleaned completely. There were crumbs around, and I found a dirty plastic fork underneath the sink.

We checked into a room with a wet carpet so we requested another room. That was quickly accomplished, which was much appreciated. Breakfast was just OK with not a lot of choices. The pool was closed, which was disappointing. The hotel is in a nice area and is easy to get to. The staff was nice, though our towels were changed 1 day out of 3 while the beds were strangely not made nor the soap changed. The beds were a little soft for my taste.

Bathroom had caulking that was extremely old and peeling off. Mildew/ mold growing . Tears in carpet. Bathroom had hair on walls and wash rags hanging on the shower from a previous guest

The beds were comfortable. It was fairly quiet. BUT…. The bathroom was gross. There was mold/mildew all over the shower. Like there was no attempt to clean it. It just looks like the whole place needs some repair and deep cleaning. There were stains on the curtains and shower curtain. Paint chipping all over in the bathroom.

The pool was closed! There was no notice when we booked, just a sign on the door. Pros: 1. Staff was very friendly 2. Amazing water pressure in shower 3. Location Cons: 1. Facility needs major updates! The staff is trying to keep things cleaned that need to be replaced 2. The bathroom was gross! Fix the caulk 3. Plugs in lamp did not work and there are no wall outlets 4. Room smelled musty from the AC This location has such potential but they have not kept up with the facility. There are other, better hotels in the area that I would recommend over this one.

This is an average hotel. Definitely needs remodeling. Staff was very friendly.

This is thev3rd time in 3 years we have used this hotel and the advertisement says there is a pool. All 3 times I've called directly to be sure the pool was open and all 3 times the answer was yes. All 3 times, it's been closed for our whole stay. I dont feel we should pay full price for the room since thaye #1 lying about the pool being open and false advertising.

This property is due for a serious renovation. The bathroom had mold and rust all over the tub! They had no water available to drink according to the front desk person.

The pool was closed. Apparently this has been an issue with this hotel, would have never booked knowing this. Didn’t clean room. Snacks and soda limited supply. No manager on duty. Over priced for what it was.

The overall stay was great. The bathroom need some updating. The toilet ran every 10-15 minutes and we were there 5 days. The tub mat should be replaced or bleached as well as tub needs a tub stopper and re-caulked or bleached.

We've stayed here in the past and it was a nice hotel. But I can't say that anymore. Staff was friendly but maintenance and general upkeep is sorely lacking. Mold, and dirt have taken over the place. Motel 6 is now an upgrade from this place.

Nothing at all. Staff very rude ! Never stay again !

Hotel was damp smelling. Room was worse. Air conditioner did not work. They were unable to fix it or move me to another room. Hot all night.
