주말에 클럽있어서 시끄럽..

호텔이 3층건물 오델하우스같은집이며 인도식 물건들 특유의 도한향 넘 머리아픈 실내 기물들은 모두 세컨샾에서 주워다 놓은듯한 물건든과 구서구서 더럽고 낡은 먼지 엘리베이터도 없는 환경 정말 배드 임 대기하는곳도 두사람들어가면 꽉찬공간~~ 정말 잘수도 하루도 있을수 없는 더티한곳 절대 호텔 닷컴에서 이 금액으로 올리면 이미지 떨어질 환경임 불행중 다행인것은 카운ㅌㅓ 보이가 칠절하긴 함 그러나 많은 시간 로비를 비워 밖에서 기다리게 하고 아무튼 절대 가지 마세요~

Unreasonable price and unavailable parking lot Room & restroom smells bad No elevator No place for breakfast (We gotta get the breads and beverage at the counter and go back to the room)re

깔끔하고 친절하고 유니온 스퀘어까지 도보로 갈 수 있는 거리에 위치. 하지만 숙소 주위는 아무래도 도심이라 야간에 도보로 다니기에는 좀 위험

아늑하고좋습니다. 너무 비싸진않으며 개인화장실이 있어 정말편했어요 역이나 버스정류장에서는 조금 멀어서 걷는것잘못하는분이라면고려하세요

가격대비 훌륭한 호텔이였음. Wi-Fi 속도가 빨라서 좋았음.

Secure place and hotel, quiet, clean, any foot step or pounding sounds from up stairs are easily audible from the room. Not a good sound proof ceiling. good continental breakfast.

Bad from beginning to end. When I showed up, none of the parking was available due to contractors being present and taking up half the spaces with vehicles and materials. My room did not have towels when I arrived, and I was only given 1 bar of soap. The microwave did not have a glass plate, so things put in the microwave would not rotate and cook properly. The faucet was scalding hot, except for one spot where you barely got a trickle of room temperature water. Due to the contractors being present there were materials scattered around the place and in the parking lot. The work was also extremely noisy and made sleeping in or napping very difficult. The door to my room latched flimsily and felt insecure. The room did not have a deadbolt lock to use on the inside. The bedsheets are poor. The comforter has a sheet on top and bottom due to the fact that it's covered in little burn holes. The list goes on.

This a motel. If you're looking for a luxury hotel experience, you will be disappointed. Compared to other motels, this is a nice place to stay especially if the location is convenient for your plans. It's in SoMa which is not so much centrally located but more like "adjacent." I find the in-room refrigerator and microwave to be very useful. At this time (mid-2025), rooms are being renovated and rooms are rented that are "in progress." They are suitable for use but unfinished. That said, the renovated sections are very attractive. While there's a very nice wall-mounted television, personally I don't fully understand how it works. It's not cable/satellite but (I think) Roku. Even so, I can always find something interesting to watch. Staff seems friendly and helpful. They even had the form you have to sign at check-in printed prior to my arrival. It might only save a minute or two but it's a nice touch.

I went for a concert around the corner and it was a great stay. This isbthe second time i have dome this, and will do it again next time

Stayed here over the weekend for a family graduation. NEVER AGAIN. Bed bugs, sketchy area, bad parking, and so much more. The people next to us kept loud music going until 1am, and there's people waiting near the doors to follow you into the hotel since they don't have keys. On our last night, the manager was robbed at gunpoint for keys to the rooms. Don't stay here if you value your safety!

Rooms are in the process of being renovated. I stay in one of the more updated rooms. Upgraded Large Samsung Smart TV, Renovated lighting and outlets/smartplugs, upgraded bathroom w/large walk in shower. Room was exceptionally cleaned. Location is in a great part of SOMA. Rates are usually priced decently, I recommend this property.

My rooms blankets had a blanket that wasn't changed out. It had cigarette burns. Overall everything else was actually clean. Amenities were good

When I got there the staff was exceptionally rude to me whilst checking in as if I was unhoused (deserve the same respect I do )and a criminal .Also the hot water barely worked.

Booked a premium room with queen size bed but was told they only have double. Not sure what we paid the extra for. Front door is not seal hence we can smell weed periodically throughout the night. The room is very small, and not clean. The shower is super small. Hairdryer is broken. Parking is a joke, there are only about 6 parking spot and the rest they use as storage. Overall we will not be returning there.

Everything was dirty. Didnt want to take a shower because bath towels were dirty . Hair on floor and bed . Used our t-shirts to cover pillow cases to sleep . Only positive was they had free parking in san Francisco. 30 minute walk to Chase Center .

Excellent stay. Front desk was friendly, informative and helpful throughout my stay. Getting ahold of front desk from room or by cell phone did prove to be difficult.
