Great service, lack of mantenance

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado y el servicio de todo el personal es de primera. Hay ciertos muebles en la habitación que deberían ser refaccionados.

Good hotel

La Reconquista is a superb hotel and everyone was most helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet. A great base for seeing Oviedo and the surrounding countryside which is beautiful.

Me ha encantado el hotel. Cogí alojamiento y desayuno. En el desayuno había de todo. El hotel está bien situado y es tranquilo, no hay ruidos.

Stunning Hotel. Centrally located with helpful staff.

Beautiful property right in the heart of Oviedo. The staff were especially helpful and kind. The parking was very easy and access excellent. We drive a large car and found the access the best of any hotel in a Spanish city. We must mention Christina in the restaurant who made our evening delightful.

The property is old, the air conditioners don't work, the ceiling is falling and damp. We spoke to the reception staff and they didn't give any importance to our concern. I don't recommend it.

Hotel room poor condition , unsanitary .

Poor room conditions ,dirty carpets , filthy mattress , thorn sheet beds and towels . Overpriced

I love everything in the Hotel de la Reconquista in Oviedo , Asturias Staff and service is excellent. We wil stay again there Yolanda y Corsino

I was able to snag a room here at a very reasonable rate, much lower than one might expect of your typical 5-star property, and at that price point, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is amazing, the building is beautiful, and I very much enjoyed the main lobby and food service there. However, from a physical plant and service perspective, the hotel is a little uneven, and I would not consider it on par with top notch properties. Biggest issues include: mattress was serviceable, but definitely showing its age; service was uneven… no one asked me if I needed a cab at check out, and porters were largely MIA; I observed various maintenance failures, including the fact that the lights in 2/3 stalls in one of the public restrooms didn’t work.

The air condition was not working properly. For all other areas and conditions were good. Staff was attentive but did not resolved the issue with the AC.
