Too busy for couple. Family destination . Nothing we could eat at breakfast

I absolutely adore this property and will definitely be coming back! I feel it had everything I needed without needed to ever leave. The shuttle service was amazing, the beach you could walk to (but the shuttle will take you). They had a restaurant on the property, and a restaurant right across from the main entrance. A mini market by the beach. Pools, bars, jacuzzis. The rooms were very clean. I felt safe. I even took a few Ubers when I left the property. The view is sooo amazing. To wake up to that every morning was the highlight. The resurgent is also overlooking the view. It was such a peaceful and resetting vacation, with all you need to have a good time. The bed is my only con, it was very hard and stiff. But, I am still planning to come back!! For sure! Would recommend. Don’t think twice! And book a room facing the beach! It makes the entire trip worthwhile!

The room is spacious with a nice view, and clean , but the place is big and to go to the pool, beach or restaurant you have to use the hotel transport is a bit slow and most of the time take two buses to get there. Parking a little complicated sometimes there was no place nearby to park.

There is lots of wildlife around the property which I loved. Staff was very attentive and kind. The view from my villa was exactly what it looked like online also . What I did not was the amenities in the room. There was no lotion, no shampoos - only a body wash that “was for everything”. There also was no face cloths or hand towels which I thought was odd.

The staff at this property is absolutely the best.

The property’s location is amazingly beautiful and unimaginable. It couldn’t be placed in a better location. What I didn’t like was others ignoring the request to not feed the animals. When the animals are fed they expect to be fed and when you don’t feed them they whine constantly. The whining takes away from a peaceful quiet meal.

Most staff didn't speak English enough. It was extremely difficult to understand them.

The staff at the property was amazing. I loved how convenient everything was. The breakfast was amazing and the option of buying the dinner buffet was also very convenient and a great price. The beach that is closest to this hotel is beautiful and there are tons of vendors willing to help with any excursion you might have in mind. The hotel was in a quiet area but if you are looking for a little town or more food options you can make a convenient drive to Coco beach in about 15 minutes. I enjoyed everything about this stay.

The property is on a very steep hill. There is a nice view of the ocean although many of the trees on the hills are dry/dying. It is not easy to walk to the beach, but they do provide a shuttle. The property is a little more run down than shown in the pictures. The suites are very clean and spacious though. The food is very limited (buffet only)

En realidad he ido varias veces, lo más rescatable del lugar es la ubicación, las vista y los atardeceres, cada vez que voy el Hotel se ve que ajusta aun más y más sus costos, no hay si quiera crema en baño etc. En cuanto al precio pues para lo que dan está bien, es el más barato de la zona, pero la alimentación es muy muy básica ( todos los días almorzarás y cenarás pollo en trozos y cerdo con una salsa diferente, arroz, vegetales y un intento de ensalada. No hay variedad de alimentos en lo absoluto, ( el desayuno es lo más rescatable), los licores son de la más baja calidad del mercado. Los chicos del salón del restaurante a duras penas limpian, recogen el servicio y ayudan en lo máximo que puedan. la gaseosa sabe a agua. El check in es rápido, la limpieza de la habitación un 7 de 10 y la comida 5 de 10. Creo que deberían remodelar por completo todo el hotel, dar más variedad de alimentos y que la calidad suba …. Creo que la gente puede pagar más por buenos alimentos. Tienen cargador eléctrico.
