Affordable and pet friendly.

The sheets had not been changed, but they did give us a new set. There was hair in the shower. No coffee maker in the room. It would be hard to call it breakfast. Granola bars with sugar, coffee, sugary oatmeal packets, and tiny sugary packaged muffins. Great meal if you like sugar. At least the room was quiet.

This was probably the worst place we’ve ever stayed. The ad for this hotel says smoke free but it definitely is not. The rooms and halls reeked of smoke and just overall dirtiness. The rooms were not clean and some of the door locks were removed. The people beside us had their music playing very loud and were talking very loudly. If I could give this place zero stars I would. We left after two hours because we did not feel safe and it was not clean. When we requested a refund the lady at the front desk was very rigid and rude and denied a refund of any kind. I would not recommend for girls travelling alone to stay here… or to be honest anyone. It was terrible.

The staff is delightful. It’s a little older property but for a hotel who accepts dogs, it is extremely clean.

Great location for visiting AF museum. Great room and very helpful staff.

Dirty & smelled Horrible

Room was clean as far as we could tell. Property just felt old and rundown. But I got exactly what I paid for, so really no major issues.

the room was a good size and clean..staff in morning was very nice..girl at nite was ok ..we were disappointed with the breakfast that there wasnt more..got a hair dryer to use from front desk so that was good..great having a full kitchen

Unfortunately, there was an odor you noticed as soon as you walked into the room. Definitely seemed like an animal had urinated on the sofa sleeper. We brought it to the staff’s attention, and they did what they could to make our stay comfortable. Also promised to address the issue. Unfortunately, they were full, and there was not an option to change rooms.

Property dirty. Smell horrible. Noisy. No hospitality. No room service for cleaning or trash removal. No phone in room. Overall bad hotel.

Very quiet and nice!

It was fine. A bit dated but had what you needed.

As expected

It's been our 31st day travelling and we've seen many hotels but this one was the worst by far. The stained sheet got replaced although we had to put it on ourselves but the smell in the room is overwhelming - I could not wait to get out. It would be better if we slept in a car! I do not know what the smell is and I did not notice it at first but despite open windows the smell was creeping on me. I didn't sleep well and started feeling nauseous by the morning. It all disappeared when we got out. Also the breakfast had a few muffins and instant oatmeal and hot water. Not even coffee when we were out fro breakfast.

The flooring turned my youngest daughter’s feet yellow lol. Over all great and kind staff.

It’s was less than what I expected. The phone didn’t work, so I had to walk down to the lobby desk to ask for extra bedding. There were 3 of us, slept 4 has pullout sofa but no pillows or bedding for it. Only 1 wash cloth and not enough towels. I had to go down to ask for more.. the staff member said, “did you bring any dirty to exchange?” I didn’t know I had to take my own dirty towels to get clean ones but I didn’t have any just needed extra clean bc not enough for the number of people in our party. The tv remote also didn’t work. The lady at front desk when we checked in was nice. We didn’t get any info though on breakfast or where we could find it. It was quiet

There were spiders crawling around in the room, the bed was incredibly hard and very uncomfortable. In order to get the bathroom door to shut completely, you had to slam it shut. The kitchen was not fully stocked, you had to ask for anything and everything that you needed … from pans to spatulas to utensils. There were also no ice machines at the hotel.

I booked a room with two queen beds and a pull out couch. I get there and end up getting two "Queen deluxe " rooms that weren’t even next to each other. The explanation given was because they're allowed to be overbooked by three rooms and because i was the last one of the three overbooked, i wasn't given the room that i reserved. The rooms they gave us, were not ideal for my family because we now had to split up into two rooms. We had to decide which minors would go with which adults and so on. The beds in the rooms were definitely NOT queens, more like fulls. There waa one trash can and it was in the bathroom. One room smelled like someone had cooked fish in it. Dropped something on the floor and it went under the bed. Unfortunately i looked under there and GROSS. Obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Cob webs on the walls. Breakfast was muffins, coffee or granola bars. The lady that checked me in was nice and apologetic but that was the only thing good about this stay at this hotel.
