This hotel had charged minibar payment that I never never used. I did not even look the minibar section on the table, so I do not know what kind of snack and beverage there. I have sent an email to the customer service, however they sent me a false receipt. I sent an email again, they did not answer. I am very unhappy for the attitude of this management. I am really disappointed.

Very friendly staff. Unique decor. Great options for food, drinks, and entertainment on site. Easy access to local transportation.

Loved the physical key, room service did not always replenish water or coffee cups, but did always provide new towels.

I've been to New Orleans a few different times, and this was by far the best hotel I've stayed in so far. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, quiet, relaxing atmosphere, and the on-site bars and food service were all amazing. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to New Orleans.

My first and not my last stay. Everyone was a joy from valet, to desk, to lounge, to cafe. Lovely location on St Charles with easy distances to the Quarter, CBD, Magazine St shops and more. Seems to be a very popular weekend night spot for locals, too!

We picked this just randomly because it was close to an event and man did we strike gold! We loved this place. It's not as hectic as the French Quarter scene but easily catch a Trolly to the quarter if ya like. The jazz bar was the shining gem for sure and was a blast! Lots of little places to eat and drink if ya like with a more relaxing type of vibe! Great staff and architecture was amazing! We will definitely be staying here again!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Pontchartrain Hotel in New Orleans! From the moment we arrived, the valet staff set the tone—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and so quick to help. The front desk staff was just as kind, making check-in smooth and easy. The real standout was the restaurant team, who went above and beyond to make our family (especially our little girls) feel cared for. The service was thoughtful, and the food was excellent—the famous Mile High Pie is an absolute must-try! The hotel itself is beautiful, in a lovely area where we felt safe walking around. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with one of the best showers and bathrooms we’ve ever had in a hotel, and the beds were wonderfully cozy after a long day of exploring
