Dark, smelly, dingy, dirty unsafe

Property was okay. Club was loud

My receptionist was wonderful very polite and kind. When we entered our room I didn’t expect to see what awaited me,it was infested with roaches everywhere except the refrigerator that where we had to put our clothes we had taken off and we had to put our towels in there as well to prevent the roaches from crawling on them. We also had to keep our suitcases in the car so that we didn’t take anything home with us.my husband asked for clean towels and they didn’t have any so we went to the laundromat to wash them the air conditioning was about to fall off the wall we asked if someone could fix it and was told that second shift was coming on at 7.00 no one showed and we stuck towels in it to prevent rats from entering our room.Saturday I went to the office and asked if the maintenance guy would please come and fix it and they sent a guy that didn’t speak English and I had to try and tell him what the problem was. The only didn’t think it was problem because the last people that stayed didn’t complain.

The microwave didn't work, the toilet leaked and the tv didn't have cable or any hookups, and wasnt smart. The only outlets that worked was the ones in the kitchen.

The room smelled like cigarettes and pot. The toilet deat and toilet paper holder was broken. No toilet paper when i got there. The light fixture cover was hanging down the entire time. There was exposed wiring under the counter for the cooktop. The mattress was horrible. Had to sleep on one side of because it was lumpy. I booked a queen bed and they didn't have any avalible when i got there and wouldnt switch my room. Ac broke 2 times while there was well.

I waited 40 minutes and finally security checked me in. Nobody was in office. Some people are living here and they are very noisy

Need to do a better job on everything

TV and AC disfuncional.

I love the staff! Front desk receptionist Juanita she the best very polite and professional! Miss C the supervisor for housekeeping so sweet and polite make sure I have everything I need love them!

There are roaches

DONT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!! It’s by far the worst stay of my life ( and I’m not even a picky person) The room was very DIRTY AND FULL OF ROACHES. Everywhere!!!!!! So many!!!!! I talked to the front desk lady she was nice and told me they could give me a refund if I wanted to leave. (got the place for 5 days and only could stay one night) and HERE I AM 35 days after, I called them 3 times and I HAVENT RECEIVE MY PROMISED REFUND. Everytime I call they say it’s on the way and I should just wait. ( it doesn’t take that long to get a refund, they just do this until you let it go and give up) SO I DONT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE NOT TO MY WORST ENEMY! DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!! ITS AWFUL AND A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!

Not to bad for the price. A couple roaches that I really think was coming from the neighbors who’s there on a regular. Mattress aren’t to comfortable. Didn’t see mantance until night b4 it’s time to leave. No heat the hold time. It wasn’t to bad of a stay.

It was terrible, I booked my 3-bed room through hotels.com, when we arrived they shocked us by saying "the room is not available and we do not know why it was listed on hotels.com"!!, I had to accept a 1-bed room for my family to pass the night, it should have been a non-smoking room, but it smelled awful, it was like an army of smokers spent 10 years smoking in there.. that was on Dec. 24th, and today is the 28th and has not received my refund yet, never going to repeat this experience
