We were tired of driving on our trip and decided to stop for the night , the lady at the service desk was very delightful and helpful . The rooms were neat & clean and very comfortable.

Property delivers on what it promises, but while the room hits the basics it misses on some small but key points, like dealing the 1/4 inch gap under the doors of an exterior entrance room, or keeping the HVAC humming just to stop the room from being stuffy or keeping the inn-room fridge defrosted, small but also not needing a lot of effort to hit. Aside from that the room is totally clean and serviceable and the staff was very friendly.

The manager was smoking cigarettes outside when I arrived the place was musty not well kept and my bathroom smelled like urine I asked for a refund to move but they refused so Expedia is working on our behalf to get our second night refunded

Rooms clean and comfortable

No wifi available kills the deal for me. Had i known it was out or not be fixed during my stay I would have went somewhere else. Good Wifi is important here becuse there is low cell reception in this area.

There was a lot of dirt accumulated all over the room. Toilet would not flush if shower was running.

The rooms need repair, but were clean. Beds were to firm for my back but the staff were nice.

Property is filthy outside. Rooms are out dated. Floor was dirty. Walls and ceiling had poor repair / patch work done. Would not stay here again.

Handicap parking was not available like I was told in front of room . Could not sleep people were outside talking near room all night. Pop in pop machine was outdated by Four years. Wasn’t allowed to get any coffee or tea in the lobby at 9:15 AM . Will never stay here again.
