It needs to be remodeled, its kind it old

Not a well kept facility. Mouse crap in our bathroom, gates for pool area wide open so people in shoes etc walking through the pool and hot tub. Not very clean.

It was great to have free parking, free breakfast, and to be pet friendly! On the other hand the room was really small, outdated, bathtub was dirty, the toilet didn't flush properly, the towels felt thin and old, and stunk of cigarette.

Pool. It was open until 10pm. Was noisy

Things to consider when looking at this hotel: Pros: It is a great location to get to West Lethbridge Some of the rooms and the hot tub have a nice view of the coulee Cons: There is no elevator - so if you have multiple children, lots of luggage and baby gear you’re going to hate it on the second floor. They have 3 or 4 exits but only leave the front door unlocked making getting said stuff to your end of the world room even more difficult - also a fire hazard that I couldn’t even open the door from the inside to let people in closer to my room. Breakfast is only open from 7-9 even on the weekends. We had late nights and barely made it in time the one day we were up before closing. Booked it for the pool and waterslide - but the waterslide was too fast and strong for my young kids to use. The older ones loved it though TV remote wouldn’t work - got two phone calls after 10 pm that I assume was the front desk respond to my text but when we answered it wouldn’t connect - no text back or anything and I was always juggling kids when by desk to ask in person. Cleanliness: Tub had a ring around it that may have been rust but looked like dirt - luckily my family had rooms with cleaner tubs to bathe my children Sister found a cockroach in her dresser drawers though Only one garbage can in room - no garbage can in bathroom Beds don’t go to the floor and clearly don’t get cleaned under often either. Blackout curtains had holes in them and let some light in but we made do.

Good cheap hotel. Pool and water slide was amazing. Dog rooms need an update, but inside rooms near pool are nice. Overall would stay again. Price is right, good breakfast and great, accommodating staff.

Rooms wer small! But clean and tidy! Boys enjoyed the waterslide and pool!

All the light bulbs in my room were burnt out except the 1 above the door, and only 1 outlet in the corner worked. Bath tub was rusty and peeling, only hot or cold water, no mixture

The view was great and travelling was easy with its location. Although, there were far too many ants and a few bugs I’ve never seen before on the floor and once in the bed.

Staff was kind and friendly. Free breakfast was limited for choices and healthy options. Really bad chemical smell when entering the room, bed spread had stains, floor didn't feel clean, hotel needs renovations badly as the only upgrade have been furniture to cover the poor maintenance of the building. Limited channels to watch on TV. Water pressure in the shower was excellent.

Good access to shopping and a route to Lethbridge West. Breakfast ppor quality

Rundown. Old. Water is hot and cold. Bird crap all over. Needs complete makeover. Won’t stay again. A/C did work but you should upgrade. It’s 2025 now!!!

1st room door didn’t close and smelt like dog pee. 2nd room was clean till you close bathroom door to find housekeeping didn’t take all the dirty towels. We stay for 3 days housekeeping never took out the garbage or make all 3 beds last bed just kinda threw blankets on bed had to go get toilet paper they couldn’t even leave extra in the room. Housekeeping staff sucked. Front desk were amazing to deal with and the pool area was clean

I stayed for four nights while attending a conference at the University of Lethbridge. I had a great stay. It has definite budget motel vibes type of thing (which I expected) but everything in the room was in good condition, smelled good, etc. The breakfast wasn’t the fanciest, but I enjoyed it and it was great that it was included. My only complaint was the wifi - it basically didn’t work (it would connect, but terribly slow and kicked you off… just used my data). The hotel is a super close walk to food and downtown. My favourite part was the viaduct directly behind the hotel… lots of trails… went for a walk every evening. I would stay again.

The rooms were adequately laid out. The kitchenettes could use a few more items. Pots and more utensils. One room didn't have any utensils or cutlery.

Sink was plugged did not fix it.

The hotel needs repair. The shower was broken tap , the door deadlock was sticking and room wasnt cleaned well . One staff was watching myself and adult daughters in pool area. Made us uncomfortable. The front desk staff was friendly
