The property was just wore out. Way pass due for a renovation. The pics totally misrepresented the place. Shame on me for staying there. The lady at check in was nice. Parking was limited. I now know not to trust reviews.

At least they fixed everything what we have asked to fix.

The rooms are not that clean but the people who was working at the office the days we stayed there are kind, an have wonderful customer service and a good sense of humor and that made the stay even better we love brunswick GA 😆🤗

The tv didn’t work, The shower head in shower looked like it was going to fall off. There was a crack in sink (big)No one comes to clean room until you leave and come barley get towels we needed to stay

Wouldn’t give towels. Wouldn’t switch rooms no phone no coffee maker

This hotel was a big disappointment. I was shocked by the condition of the property. It was one of the dirtiest, poorly maintained properties I have seen under the Wyndham brand. The floor was dirty with tear marks caused by the unstable metal bed frame that cut into the vinyl flooring material. The tile in the bathroom is old, had mold and mildew in the grout. The bathroom had a methane smell and the toilet barely flushed. Shower head was clogged with black mold. Pool was black and inhabitable, so it was not even available as an amenity. Ice machine broken, no laundry facilities. My teen daughter and I felt unsafe especially with the people hanging out in the parking area smoking weed and drinking. Some rooms obviously were used for storage as junk was stacked up against the windows. Seemed there were long term residents living on the property. Would recommend doing a full gut and renovation or condemn this property and starting over. This experience made me very nervous about staying in any future hotels with the Wyndham name. However, we traveled on to the reservation at the Days Inn in Kingsland Ga., and this property was complete opposite and pleasantly surprised. Hugely disappointed in the Days Inn Brunswick, Ga.

Check in was great, but the lady in day shift that wears the mask is very rude. Our room was nice, but we did see roaches. There is no free breakfast, only coffee, and we could not get that bc the coffee maker was broken. Room service only cleans the rooms at check out. They do not even exchange towels or linens unless you take them to the front desk. That's utterly ridiculous.

Some bathrooms doesn’t have a light so you can see during a shower. There is no continental breakfast. You have to go to the front desk for towels.

Not the cleanest but great customer service the pool was green

We arrived at 4:30 AM for check-in, but lobby was closed. There was a sign saying someone would be in office at 6, but they didn’t arrive until 6:30 AM. She was rude and acted like it was my fault that I didn’t know their lobby was closed at night. This information needs to be included in booking detail. We took a short 3 hour nap and checked out. Drug users/homeless people surrounded the hotel and neighborhood. Not a good place to stay. Actually a bad place to stay.

It was quiet and clean sheets but my room didn’t have any rags and it had a lot of roaches at night

Arrived late at night, nobody there at the front counter. Pretty sure I saw the front staff associate leaving the property on a scooter when I arrived. Walked up to the counter to see that there was a sign saying no more guest accepted tonight. Had to end up going and finding another hotel.

Roaches all over the room. Dogs barking, ,room smell ike smoke. Noise the entire night. Just nasty..
