Close to airport and great views. Two pools but sadly the boardwalk was closed for walks. The area has nothing within walking distance.

The hotel was amazing, we love the staff. Staff was very attentive, food was amazing. You feel like you are in a resort which my family and I loved.

This property was absolutely incredible! The staff was amazing. Housekeeping was amazing. 10 out of 10 recommend

Check in was a breeze, and very friendly staff

Very misleading photos of the room offered at Hotels.com Not only the room view was a disappointment but also the pool picture presented with the type of Room selected from the room offer. I felt tricked and deceived by Hotels. com Also I got charged twice ….i have prepaid my Hyatt stay before my arrival and when I checked out discovered they have charged me double so twice the amount of the room

Very modern hotel, staff were all very helpful. Highly recommend getting the buffet option, it was very good for breakfast.

Liked: Location. Pool bar. Clean room. Decor and ambiance. Sam the bartender was very personable as were the 1823 bartenders. They were great. Disliked: Did not feel up to resort standards. No hotel shuttle from the airport. Front desk seems hidden. No real information provided about amenities, services, touring the area, etc. No guidance on how to get to their featured restaurant "Oystercatchers". Poor room service. The guy just abruptly dropped off food in to go paper bags. No carafe of coffee was offered. Provided a to go cup of coffee for $4. Sadly, I would not choose this "resort" hotel again.

Really good overall experience and the overall surrounding is very pretty and quiet.

This is a nice hotel but not so much of a resort. There are no restaurants close by since this property is in somewhat of an isolated area. But the area is quiet.

Service at 1823 was awful!!!! Way overpriced! And guy making omelets barely cooked the food!!!! Pool by hotel water was cold!!!!! No bridge to other pool, damaged by hurricane and nothing being done!!! No shuttle to airport even though it’s only 2 miles away!
