nice place but poor service. even though this very luxury place service were so so. They were confused all the time about billing and so on. So I had some trouble with it. I hope they could more concentrate for caring customer rather than trying to sell more expensive room when we check in.

중요한 클라이언트를 이 호텔에 묶게 했는데 직원의 실수로 카드 결제 오류가 여러번 반복 되어 클라이언트와 민망한 상황이 여러 번 반복되었다. 호텔 로비에 가서 컴플레인을 하고 나서야 호텔측에서 클라이언트에게 사과했는데 그 과정까지 너무 복잡하고 스트레스가 심했다. 시설과 위치, 객실의 상태는 모두 완벽했지만 커뮤니케이션이 엉망이 되서 그 모든 완벽함이 반감되었다. 손님에 대해 좀더 존중하는 태도가 절실히 요구된다.

디자인, 편의시설, 서비스, 위치 모든게 완벽한 호텔인거 같습니다! 너무 멋진 분위기의 1층의 바와 레스토랑은 꼭 이용해보세요!!! 직원이 HOT PLACE라며 이용해 보라던 이유가 있더군요. 여행의 질을 높여준 숙소였습니다.

Lindo e sofisticado hotel próximo da Oxford Street e walking distance de várias atrações. O bar do lobby é sempre animado e o restaurante Berners Tavern é uma delícia. Quarto amplo e muito confortável, além de elegante. Como era meu aniversário, deram um upgrade e no dia ainda deixaram uma deliciosa torta de cortesia no quarto.

Beautiful hotel with clean and neat rooms. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Punch room bar had excellent drinks and the breakfast restaurant (stunning space!) was great too. Walking distance to theater district, Soho, etc.

I booked the Edition for my birthday and the staff went above and beyond, delivering balloons, sweet treats and personal touches throughout the stay. I can't thank them enough for the amazing hospitality and for making it such a special stay. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms and amazing design. The breakfast included with our booking was perfect. Will definitely be booking again!

I am absolutely appalled by my experience at the London Edition Hotel. I booked my stay through Expedia, where I've been a loyal customer for years. I paid a non-refundable rate for two nights, only to be met with the most frustrating and disheartening experience imaginable. The entirety of Zurich airport was grounded on the day I was supposed to arrive, and a freak snowstorm in London closed the airports, making it impossible for flights to land. We didn't make it to London until our second booked night. Despite these unavoidable circumstances, the hotel coldly refused to refund us, stating that the booking was non-refundable and there was nothing they could do. Expedia gave the same unhelpful response. It's absolutely disgusting to advertise a luxury experience and then show a complete lack of human empathy and understanding in situations beyond anyone's control. There is always something that can be done to show compassion and flexibility, especially in such rare and extreme cases. I expected much better from both the London Edition Hotel and Expedia. My vacation was completely ruined by their rigid and heartless policies. I am extremely disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
