위치는 좋으나 호텔이 전반적으로 오래되었고, 내부 관리도 별로 입니다. 침대가 너무 작고 불필요한 가구들이 복도에 있어서 관리력이 떨어져 보이는 호텔이었습니다. 현재 받는 가격이 너무 높아 보이며 더 저렴하게 운영되어야 한다고 생각합니다. 다만 직원들은 친절하여 그나마 다행 입니다.

Good, safe hotel. Under renovations. Excellent breakfast. VERY friendly and helpful staff. Most spoke English or Spanish...some even both. Nearby Carrefour Express market and several eating choices. 10-12 minute walk to Cipro metro station. The air conditioning...like most places in Europe, left much to be desired.

Elevator too small. Breakfast is great and clean.

Very old furniture, unclean furniture, broken furniture, malfunction aircondirioner, malodor in room, spotted rugs, bugs in room, some of stuff are nice others are so arrogant. We booked family room since 4 months, when we reached they said doesn't have, so they separated us in 2 rooms which was so hard with kids and un ready luggage for that and even without apologizing. This hotel doesn't deserve even 1 star. Breakfast was good, but last day the ham was old with changed color which caused abdominal pain to my daughter, but the staff at breakfastwas so welcomed. I don't recommend it to anybody.

Rispetto all'altra volta, mi sono ritrovato una camera perfetta, la colazione è tornata ad essere nella struttura anzichè al bar con la convenzione temporanea per la chiusura del ristorante in hotel. Il personale sempre al top e mi sono trovato bene.

The staff isn’t friendly. The hotel is run-down, carpets are old and dirty. Even the seat cushion on the chair was dirty. The tv is small and it will freeze a lot. The shower was small as well. You cannot adjust the A/C it felt like it wasn’t even on. Breakfast wasn’t good, you’re better off just going to a local cafe. The only convenience is that is close to the Vatican museums and it’s a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Eh si, stavolta mi tocca dare un voto un po' più basso, sia per la camera e sia anche un po' in generale per la struttura in se per se. All'arrivo non riuscivo ad aprire la stanza perchè non entrava la chiave e comunque è sempre stata un po' difettosa che serviva delicatezza e cautela per bon rischiare di rompere la chiave nella porta. Per questa stanza assegnata eh, c'è da dirne un paio. La serranda non si abbassa del tutto e infatti con la luce del giorno, chi ha il sonno leggero, si sveglia, e soprattutto (ma gia questa cosa la scrissi, ma la ribadisco) nel tirare su la serranda la parte sotto la finestra del cassone si muove alzandosi mentre tiro su la serranda e non vorrei un giorno si spaccasse e cadesse in testa a chi sta alzando la serranda. A questo giro la colazione invece è limitata con deviazione al bar ma quello non è che sia per me un problema. Poi per il personale niente da dire, sempre cortese e disponibile a dare una mano, come anche nel caso della porta della camera.

Dirty, AC doesn’t work, poor amenities in the bathroom (which is also unhygienic). Breakfast is a joke - they send you to a cafe across the street for a coffee and one cookie or croissant. They market incorrectly that they have a buffet breakfast.

Hotel bem antigo e em reforma. Estavamos em um grupo grande com vários quartos reservados, em pelo menos 3 deles tivemos problemas com ar condicionado sem funcionar, em pleno verão europeu. Apenas em 1 quarto o problema foi solucionado, para os demais a equipe do hotel não foi cordial tão pouco solicita em resolver a demanda, pessoas do quarto tiveram que ficar sem arcondicionado e nenhum valor foi reembolsado por isto. equipe do hotel se nega a falar qualquer outro idioma que não seja o italiano, inclusive o inglês. no primeiro dia do café da manhã havia um cabelo no iogurte ofertado, ao alertar o garçom, este, incrivelmente, pegou um papel, retirou o cabelo e o iogurte seguiu ali sendo oferecido aos hospedes. no terceiro dia de hospedagem o café da manhã foi interrompido sem aviso previo ou justificativa plausivel, o restaurante estava fechado com a informação de ligar para recepção. eles enviaram o "café" em uma sacola contendo agua, iorgurte, pães com frios apenas! foi terrivel! no ultimo dia eles nos indicaram uma "padaria" para o serviço de café, não era ruim, mas só havia opçoes doces. foram 5 dias horriveis de estadia, a vantagem foi tão somente a localização. de todo modo, torna-se indicavel esse local para férias, ou permanencia maior que uma pernoite.

The foyer of the property was clean and well appointed. The room carpet was dirty and stained. We had three twin beds and the picture was not what was on website. The house staff were very friendly. The front desk staff politeness and helpfulness depended on who was working. The restaurant was under construction and we had to eat off premises. Directions were very confusing.

About the breakfast the in the website the are showing a breakfast buffet but when we was there they told us that they had renovation in the restaurant so it was closed. First day we got ticket to eat breakfast in a cafeteria cross the street where we was sitting beside the garbage and there was no buffé but we needed to choose one thing to drink and to eat we needed to choose one sandwich and one pastry which was old and without any taste. We took it only the first day and was forced to pay for the breakfast somewhere else and we was thinking hotel.com will help us to get back our money but they didn’t. My recommendation to you is to AVOID THIS HOTEL and even AVOID HOTEL.COM because they will never help you to get back you money instead they will offer you a fixed amount of money which is not at all equivalent to the money you have paid.

A localizaçao do hotel é boa porque tem farmacias, supermercados e restaurantes perto. Porém o quarto não tinha ar condicionado e mesmo falando com os funcionarios o ar condicionado nao consertaram e nem nos transferiram para outro quarto, nos deram um ventilador somente. No segundo dia de estadia houve algum problema com o fornecimento de café da manhã e nos mandaram um kit de lanche no quarto. No ultimo dia fizeram um convenio com uma gelateria, porem nao gostei das opçoes para o café.
