전체 평가 및 리뷰 SAHARA Las Vegas

프런트 데스크 직원들은 전혀 친절하지 않았습니다. 다른 방을 요청했는데도 첫날 밤은 8층 방을 배정해 주었습니다. 다음 날 아침, 8층 복도에서 마리화나 냄새가 심하게 났습니다. 저희는 금연실을 요청했는데도 말입니다. 저희가 우려를 표하자 프런트 데스크 직원은 매우 죄송한 표정으로 12층 방으로 옮겨 주었습니다. 하지만 안타깝게도 주차장을 바라보는 전망은 여전히 좋지 않았습니다. 트래블로카를 통해 예약하면 모든 요금이 포함되어 있다고 들었는데, 안타깝게도 그렇지 않았습니다. 사하라 호텔에서는 1박에 50달러를 추가로 청구해서 총 250달러를 더 내야 했습니다. 다행히도 객실 청결 상태는 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 편의 시설이 부족했습니다. 바디워시와 샴푸의 품질이 좋지 않았습니다. 3일째 되는 날 밤에야 바디워시를 받았습니다. 객실에는 따뜻한 식수가 제공되지 않았습니다. 사하라 호텔은 간단한 숙박 시설로는 비교적 괜찮은 편입니다. 무료 주차가 가능하고, 근처에 모노레일역도 있습니다.

Lovely hotel! We got a free room upgrade to a suite. Excellent location with free parking & access to the monorail for the rest of the strip. Rooms were spotless & staff was super helpful. Highly recommended! Even with the resort fee it is still super affordable for the 5 star experience we received.

Marra king room is beautiful and clean and the service was great.

I booked for “W Hotel” but when I arrived in Las Vegas, following the address, it turned out that “W Hotel is no longer there, and I m placed at “Sahara Hotel”, an old hotel. The other thing is I have to pay “resort fee” daily, which is quite pricey. This was never informed when I paid on site. I was expecting what I paid is nett with no additional cost.

Had the Marra Room. Room was clean, service was good and food was affordable (Comparing to Vegas standards today) and good. They had really soft bed so for older customers it would mean back pain. One thing that misses the mark is the Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is really slow and at times not even working (Could not even open Whatsapp). Overall still an enjoyable stay for my business trip.
