it was not bad. good, I will be there if I bring my dog :) Hotel cleaning and facility management should be better.

Extended stay was one of my favorites but i had a few hang ups while there. My toilet didn't work when I arrived but i fixed that, my tv remote didn't work but Brenda at the front desk was nice enough to help with that, and i was doing a conference this weekend so i needed my suits and shirts to look nice and my room didn't have an ironing board and iron the front desk was close so i had to run to Walmart to buy a iron other than that wasn't bad.

They did not answer the phone and they canceled my reservation without letting me know.

Never again, stay away from this hotel, room key didn’t work we couldn’t get in to the hotel , night stand broken in the room , no shampoo or soap No hair dryer, no one is in reception room , HORRIBLE !!!

Staff is not available in the am - Service window is covered with Roll Down shutters like they are out of biz

This was the worst hotel stay ever. There were not any type of accommodation such as an towel or blanket. Not ever an iron. The smell of pet urine throughout the hallway waa something awful. I would never ever stay with this hotel again

The place was different from the picture and people hanging around outside. Unsafe atmosphere and the room the floor had holes in it. It was definitely not the best room , dirty it smelled terrible and I kept sneezing from the odorus smell. I went downstairs and told the Manager Brenda. She apologized for the situation that was happening. I requested a refund and she told me to have them call her. I complied to try to rectify the situation.

They never gave me my two rooms and I had to stay at the Hilton. Please refund my money.

filty, microwave so nasty not able to use, outlets on the room don’t work, not even a chair in the room,

Old property, shabby condition.

Dull, dark, drab out of date colors. Not one hanger for clothes. No shampoo. The dumpster outside was very visible and completely overflowing with trash. When you take a shower you better be quick becaiuse the tub had a hard time draining. If I could have had my money refunded I would have left the minute I walked into the room. The office doesn't open until 9:00am. Unheard of. That's OK because you won't hear from me again. And I'll bet there is no reply from your office. That's service in todays world. How sad.

Check in wasn’t available until 5pm. I had to wait two hours to check in.

Nothing the room was very dirty it’s not like the pics the people staying were definitely sketchy people I didn’t feel safe found a bug on one bed not sure if it was a bed bug The front desk leaves at 10 so you can’t complain to no one they are nice people that’s all I can say though
