Excellent location middle of west hampstead, basic hotel but good, free parking is a massive plus, enough parking spaces available. Close to metropolitan line, super markets and lots of cheap eateries around

Staff lovely and friendly. Good location and parking. Hotel is nicely decorated and clean and tidy. Rooms are small and beds are uncomfortable.

The staff is friendly helpful just as kind as can be. Morning breakfast was outstanding. Very clean facility. Although the rooms are a little small but they met the purpose. I really enjoyed my stay.

A good hotel to stay at, it’s very clean, room was lovely, as was the bathroom, nice to be able to have a bath. Plenty of hot water too. The staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Great to have the parking availability. This hotel is in a great location, close to bus/underground/overground train routes. Plenty of good restaurants/cafes in walking distance, plus Sainsburys and Aldi really close. Would definitely recommend, and will stay here again. The

Clean room and very courteous, friendly staff. Also we enjoyed the full breakfast every morning.

Great, fairly central hotel near buses and tube. Rooms clean, quiet and comfortable, lovely buffet breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. As an added bonus, free parking in small, non bookable car park. Our second stay.

Reception Staff were so friendly and helpful, the car park was spacious and free, the room was lovely and warm, a decent size and comfortable bed and linen. Good location. Breakfast was nothing amazing, but adequate. I’d definitely use this hotel again for value.
