Clean room and comfortable bed but no housekeeping offered until after 4 nights stay. Bathroom was very dated with old style full flush toilet and no towel racks.

Rooms are a little dated and tired, but clean and very functional, I would stay there again.

We didn’t like to pay extra for parking or having off site parking

Could have a complimentary breakfast for the cost

Hotel furnishings are a bit tired and worn, a little past prime. Our room was very clean and the bed and pillow were very comfortable. Locate is great

The hotel was ok but it does need some updating, we think that value for money was not the greatest.

The hotel needs an upgrade, although it had all that is needed, and was clean, the furniture and fixtures are dated. The pool area was a disaster the two times we tried to have a swim. Towels were everywhere, there were bandaids and something else that looked like a srynge in the pool. I made the front desk aware, however i was told the pool would be closed in 40 minutes and would be cleaned then. This was against my recommendation that it be closed immediately.

Whoever the man was that was working Saturday Sept.27 at around 12 something was an absolute legend.

Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Furniture is a bit dated but works just fine. Bathroom had a very large vanity with countertop that went entire width of the room.

Although the building is a bit outdated, staff were very friendly and the location was so convenient to getting to both downtown and the harbour front for our vacation. We had no issues during our stay.

Room was clean. Skimpy bath towels. No maid service unless requested or after 3rd day. Limited tv channels. Paper cups in the room. No glasses. Shower gel and shampoo in squeeze bottles which were really hard to squeeze in the shower. No hand railing or tub mat. Slippery tub. Parking off site at $30 per day. Had to walk half a block to the car. Restaurant ok, limited menu. Lovely pool and decent work out space.
