Price was reasonable.

Parking was a little distant, and then arrived and room was warm and smelled “old”. AC did not work, but staff quickly moved us to a new and slightly better room. This place is old, but decent if you can handle the lack of close parking. Good location for downtown Halifax though.

Best bang for your buck downtown halifax close to everything. Clean pool and has a sauna. No hot tub or room service is its only downfall imo

Was close to a lot of amenities

Parking wasn’t very close but it was a short 5 min walk. Hotel was comfortable and clean.

Absolutely hate the distance for parking. Hard walk with alot of luggage. Everything else about the hotel was fine.

Quality

Room assigned furniture was covered in pet hair. Asked to have it cleaned or assigned another room. After 3 hours we were assigned an up grade. I staff weren’t luring to us it was the manager. We were giving the feeling because we were booked through Expedia they didn’t care. We have stayed at this property for years an we’re never treated in this manner. This is the last time we stay hear

It was a cute and convenient hotel. The room itself was good. We didn’t arrive until 3 hours after we were allowed to check in, yet the room wasn’t ready. When in the room we noticed no garbage bags in any garbage, food waste or recycle bins and were not provided hand soap. Other than the room not being ready or properly prepared for guests, it was a pleasant stay.

Parking was unclear. Location was good. Didn t use any of the facilities or amenities.

Près de plusieurs attractions à pied ( jardin public, citadelle, musée, casino, traversier…) nous avons pas eu besoin de l’auto pendant notre séjour. Beaucoup de restos à proximité.

No Room cleaning or towel change. Its a charge $75 extra if you need the service. No water in room. Bathrooms are with bath tub. Water leak all over washroom from side if curtains. No standing shower. Old looking rooms. Need a big reno. 3 night stay was a big disappointment.

The property is tired.

We have several plans for my we were told it would be brought up to us. It never was one and told me that they had none and that we could use the microwave and we would have it the next morning. Never did get it. It's just fault advertising about having a free microwave and we were there for five nights today. Very disappointing on that part.
