It was good!

Great location - walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. The room had a beautiful view and was spacious and exceptionally clean.

Maybe change the AC cool system it's a lot noisy

Clean room , comfortable beds. Helpful staff, close proximity to attractions. I thought there will be a continental breakfast, no breakfast due to renovation. Had to pay for parking.

The rooms were really nice and felt extremely comfortable. But they didn’t provide bath robes like they said they would 😂 Overall very comfortable stay. Clean rooms.

The room was large with a very comfortable bed. Daily maid service was appreciated. Close to downtown and to the Lyon stop on the OLT . Room was equipped with a microwave and refrigerator but lacked mugs for coffee and tea. Also no complimentary breakfast as offered by similar hotels. Staff were super helpful and the hotel well maintained. A pleasant experience overall.

Had to pay an extra 25$ for parking. One elevator was not working so many people waited to use it and it caused frustration among the guests. There was a rupture in one of the pipes and water ingress was present near the business rooms. Not what I expected from Hilton, especially what they charged for the night.

Amazing stay love it would go back … but it was very expensive

This hotel was phenomenal! The staff was friendly and attentive, the hotel itself was absolutely gorgeous, and our room was one of the best we have ever stayed in. We did not eat at the restaurant, but my husband made a comment that the menu looked fantastic and the prices were very reasonable. On-site parking made things a lot easier as well and we were able to quickly walk to Parliament within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Ottawa for the first time as it is very centrally located if you don't mind a short walk. My kids also loved the saltwater pool!
