It was good!

The staff is really nice & very helpful. Very convenient location. The room was quite dusty & I found medication from a previous guest under the chair so I’m guessing it hadnt been vacuumed or dusted in a bit. Bathroom was clean tho. Sadly, the walls are paper thin and I could hear everything from adjoining rooms and the one right above me.

Good Location. Underground parking $25 plus tax a night. Smaller vehicles only! I had to duck my head in a few spots walking through it. Busy location, restaurant on site but we didn't eat there, too expensive and not a great menu, but other restaurants and coffee shops within walkind distance.

Breakfast was ok but over priced. Latte was great but overpriced.

Cleanliness of the room could be improved, but overall a nice place to stay. Dust on various surfaces and urine droplets on the base of the toilet. Breakfast was delicious. Lots of options to choose from. Dining area was clean and staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

Everything met my expectations. The room was large and clean, the meal at the restaurant was good and the location is excellent.

They uncharged you for everything, the cost per night is ridiculous compared to other properties that are more luxury. The staff were very friendly and professional. The rooms were small and outdated.

he location of this hotel is outstanding. It offers beautiful views of the river and is only a very short walk to Parliament and many nearby attractions. You can even see the War Museum from the area. For such a prime location, the price was surprisingly reasonable.

Staff was great. We had dinner at your hotel restaurant and it was great. Servers were very friendly . Was a good week-end getaway. In room washrooms, check the air vents for build up on dust/dirt.

The hotel has an amazing location. The rooms are pleasant and comfortable. The staff is super friendly, helpful and go the extra mile to make their guests feel welcomed and well cared!
