Slamming doors we had to turn volume of tv up to get some sleep. And the folks next to us had to slam their door everytime the entered or exited their room. Then at 10pm the guy behind the dest made our fire alarm blare twice, then knock on door from neighbor to turn volume down. I want refund and am gonna fight this charge with the backing of my financial institution!

My floor smelled like vomit. When I told the front desk lady she said “I’ll have maintenance take a look at it”

The only hotel whose A/C actually cooled the room down and made the room comfortable.

Cold showers,mold in the shower,morning front staff and breakfast lady.rude Breakfast so-so at best won’t be returning

Easy check in. Close to Tamarack and Bob Evans

I travel the world and this is the worst bed I can recall ever trying to sleep on. My wife and I were both in pain and couldn't sleep so we finally just left around 330am, however no-one was working the desk. Oh, that's after I carried our luggage down the stairs because the elevator didn't work.

The room was comfortable, good beds, and the breakfast was ok

Horrible high price ($254.00) for that old of a hotel, in the condition it was in. Somewhat dirty. Breakfast items were barley warm and items that should have been cold, were not. Price of a new Hampton (two months old) in Louisville, KY on the next night was $80.00 less. It did not live up to the good reputation that most Hamptons have.

Clean and friendly staff

Easy checkin. Convenient but the property is a bit tired.

The property needs some updating. The paint was peeling in the bathroom and the sink faucet was loose. One of the waffle makers was broken and one side of the toaster was broken.

Didn't realize this was a pet friendly hotel. There was a dog barking late at night and early in the morning. The walls were a little thin, we kept hearing a girl in another room with coughing fits. The shower was only warm, not hot. Breakfast was just ok.

Overall rating was lowered due to poor breakfast offerings. Plus the coffee was luke warm at best. Bagel bites and sliced smoke sausage? Hard boiled eggs in the shell - impossible to peel. Oatmeal was not hot.
