명성에 비해 별로인 곳. 5성 본관 가든뷰 디럭스 트윈룸 했는데 4층의 발코니없고 아주 작고 둥근 창문(열리기는했지만 별로 보이는게 없었다)이 있는 방이라서 실망했다. 직원들은 필요한말과 서비스는 하지만 딱히 더 친절하다거나 그런부분은 못느꼈고. 조식은 장소가 두 곳이라며 사람이 거의없는 곳으로 안내했고 거기엔 먹을게 별로없었다. 오렌지쥬스하나 빵 서너가지 햄과 과일 몇가지에 계란스크램블. 일반 비즈니스 호텔도 이정도는 나온다. 계란요리와 커피 등은 따로주문하면 준다던데 직원은 아무도 와서 물어보지않아 주문을 하느라 한참걸림. 나오면서 보니 사람이 많은 다른 조식장소엔 훨씬 다양한 메뉴가 있어서 기분이 좋지않았다. 해외 다른 5성호텔보다 서비스도 룸도 조식도 뭐하나 괜찮지않아 다음에 선택하지 않을듯.

꼭 다시 오고싶은 호텔

파리 시내와는 조금 떨어져 있지만, 베르사유 궁전 옆에 위치해서 베르사유 관람을 하기에 아주 좋습니다. 또한 아침에 호텔 옆 궁정으로 들어가는 게이트를 통해 산책하기도 좋습니다. 동네 또한 조용하고 근처에 일식, 중식, 양식 식당들도 있습니다. 아침 조식도 나쁘지 않으며, 직원들도 친절 합니다. 단 엘리베이터가 조금 좁습니다. 차가 없으면 기차를 통해 파리 시내로 나가야 해서 조금 불편 하겠지만, 파리 시내에 머무르지 않고 조용하고 여유 있는 파리 여행을 원한다면 적극 추천합니다.

베르사유에 하루 묵기로 결정한 경우 아주 좋은 호텔입니다. 베르사유 정원의 우측끝에 위치한 호텔은 입구와 정원 우측 입구가 붙어있어, 2분만에 베르사유정원으로 산책을 다닐 수 있습니다. 평화롭고 조용한 푸르른 잔디와 산책로가 이 호텔의 최대 강점입니다. 호텔 자체의 시설과 멋도 훌륭하며, 호텔 내 있는 고든 램지 레스토랑과 바도 유명하며, 유럽호텔로는 드물게 피트니스와 실내수영장도 있습니다. 주차도 쉽습니다. 전반적으로 추천하는 호텔입니다.

4성급 수준의 호텔에 걸맞음. 위치가 너무 외곽이란게 아쉬운 점이 었으며, 처음 안내를 보고 예약 할 때는 베르사이유 궁전이 보이는 줄로 알앗는데 가격이 낮은 곳은 별관으로 전망이 전혀 제공되지 않으니 참고하시기 바랍니다.

The property is amazing! It’s next to the Versailles Palace, the staff is very friendly, the hotel is an absolute 10!

Air conditioning was very poor

Tout etait parfait a part un problème de climatisation et nous étions venus juste pour être avec la clim pas de chance 😅

Problème de climatisation assez ennuyeux en pleine période de canicule. Nous n’avons eu droit à un ventilateur que la dernière nuit et en insistant. Forcément, la qualité de notre séjour s’en est ressentie d’autant que nous sommes principalement venus pour bénéficier de fraîcheur. Initialement, nous voulions prolonger d’au moins 1 jour mais devant ce problème, nous avons abandonné l’idée.

O unico incoveniente foi o ar condicionado do quarto não gelar, em pleno auge do calor europeu. Existia uma onda de calor na semana que fiquei, porem o ar nao passava de 23°C.

Staff are excellent but the aircon needs some work

Terrible experience from start to finish. I booked this hotel expecting an excellent stay, but the air conditioning in hotel was completely broken. The temperature made the hotel practically uninhabitable. Even in my bedroom I contacted management to fix the issue or move me to a different room, but my concerns were completely ignored. It is incredibly frustrating to pay full price for a room and not receive the amenities that were promised. The lack of accountability and poor customer service made this a truly miserable trip. Do yourself a favor and book a different hotel. People at front desk was so rude. Biggest disappointment ever.

We had a nice stay at Waldorf Astoria Versailles, including dinner at Gordon Ramsay, where we had a good experience. Unfortunately, two days after checkout, we were incorrectly charged €200 for a “no-show” fee at the restaurant, despite the fact that we had actually dined there. What should have been a simple mistake to correct turned into a four-month process. Since February, I have repeatedly contacted the hotel, but the issue was not properly investigated, and I felt that they expected me to simply give up. Only after my Danish bank opened a fraud claim was the matter seriously reviewed. The hotel then acknowledged the mistake to the bank (not to me) and refunded the €200. I am disappointed that it required four months of effort and intervention from my bank to resolve an error that could have been easily corrected from the beginning. This experience has unfortunately changed my opinion of the hotel, and I will not return or recommend.

The staff were helpful in spite of the language barrier, air conditioning was very poor. Gardens looked dry, not a lush as they appeared on their website.

The hotel and staff lovely. However, they have a chef with a wood burning stove. You cannot open your windows for fresh air I will definitely heck before I book again

We had a beautiful stay at this property, loved the location, the attention to detail the promptness of staff, esp the bike rental gentleman and the concierge. We intend to be back!
