huge hotel, seems like they were great and busy hotel long time ago but now is silence and not busy at all. it mean nothing bad, just simple and someone business trip or need to visit guatemala immigration specially really easy to accese and nice. overall it’s simple hotel price of hotel little bit too much for me. it could be around 50-60$ maybe fair. now around 75-80$.

No se obtuvo una habitación como se espera obtener. Falta de aspectos básicos como agua de cortesía televisión por cable funcional y suficiente papel higiénico. Horas inadecuadas para hacer limpieza. 2 horas después de haber realizado el check in

Habitacion sucia y mal olor. Grifos descompuestos, tohallas manchadas. Personal de resepcion poco amables.

The room was renovated, spacious, clean and very nice. Although I like the hotel facilities and love their breakfast, they almost did not let us check in. They found our Orbitz reservations, but wanted to charge us again for the nights twice when we had already paid in full through the app. After a long time and struggle, they finally let us get into the room until the problem was solved. I stayed there before and did not have that problem, but this time, they did not know how to handle the Orbitz reservation nor the situation.

excelente localidad para participar en la 21K de la ciudad de Guatemala, me fue muy bien todo a gusto.

La piscina no es climatizada, se escucha ruido de los eventos del lugar. Si llueve hay que esperar a que limpien las pocas mesas que tienen en el área de la piscina, no hay café ni agua 24 horas en recepción, no apoyan en el tema algún cambio en el menú o ayuda al huésped

El agua de la regadera para bañarse no tiene agua caliente es poquito lo que cae mas agua elada que caliente y el drenaje es pésimo no se va rápido el agua sucia le llega hasta los tobillos cuando uno se está bañando luego se tarda como una hora para irse del drenaje la otra persona que tiene que esperar esa hora aproximadamente malísimo el drenaje espero que ponga atención a este problema porque es higiénico caminando en esa agua sucia tiene que lavarse otra vez los pies gracias por su atención hojala solucionen esos dos problemas

No heat water

It was not what I have expected, the building is old and the rooms are not adequated to the current needs, the walls were a little dirty, the ligths were not so clears, one of the sheets within the bead was torned, so it was not the best expirience to came back in the future.
