직원도 친절하고 객실도 깨끗한 편이며 헤어드라이어 및 어메니티도 훌륭하고 대부분 만족 했지만 오래된 건물이어서 방음에 취약한 점은 어쩔 수 없는 것 같습니다. 특히 토요일 새벽3시 넘어서까지 건물 밖에서 들리는 고성방가 때문에 다른 방에 투숙하고 계신분이 창문 열고 소리지르는 소리까지 들릴 정도였습니다. ㅎㅎ

지하철 4호선과 걸어서 3-5분거리이고 모든스태프가 친절합니다. 무엇보다 호텔바닥이 마루와 타일이여서 좋고 방과 화장실이 분리되어 편하게 있었어요. 아쉽게 커피머신 고장난것은 고쳐지지않았지만 재방문의사 100%입니다.

깨끗하고, 조용하며, 위치가 좋음.

일단 교통 최고입니다. 주변에 대부분의 관광지가 있습니다. 2일 홀라교통카드 샀는데, 까딸루니아 광장 갈 때도 별 필요성을 못 느꼈습니다. 몬주익과 까딸루니아 미술관은 지하철로 6정거장 걸립니다. 주변에 끈 마트도 있고, 살사버스 타는 곳도 걸어서 7분 거리입니다.

The hotel was a bit worn out. Beds were on wheels, and moved a bit when you turned, duvet sheets were just extra large bedsheets folded around the duvet, and had a tendency to get detached and crumble up while sleeping. Mattress was a bit hard for my comfort. Complimentary water was not always refilled, even after mentioning it to the staff. No cotton swabs, or cotton pads to clean makeup in the bathroom. Water was leaking through the shower divider, and the water spilled over to the floor. Coffee maker wasn't emptied out, paper napkins weren't refilled on a daily basis. No ashtrays or seating outside the hotel for smokers during the night. Sleep timer was not available on the TV, due to an overly restrictive hospitality mode that was enabled, no smart TV functions. Room card was often dislodged from the holder, so eletricity/aircon wasn't running while you were out during the day. For a 4 star hotel, it was quite disappointing.

Excelente ubicacion

There was a smoker in the room next to ours on the first of six nights. The staff tried contacting the smoker but got no answer. Meanwhile the smoke from the room was filling the area outside our door, the entire hallway, and seeping into our room. I awoke after that first night with membranes in my nose, eyes and throat burning. Thankfully, the staff listened to my complaint as I am extremely allergic to cigarette smoke. The next morning they moved us to a different room on a different floor right away. They came and got our luggage and moved it to the new room. I feel they should have offered a discount or refund for that first night as it was miserable and while it was not the fault of the hotel, it was not my fault either and certainly not what I paid for. After that first night, the hotel was wonderful. The staff were very accommodating. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The room was cleaned to perfection every day that we were there. The cleaning staff is amazing. The guys at the front desk secured a taxi for us on several occasions, even standing in the middle of the street to hail one if needed. The hotel was extremely well located....close to many major sight-seeing and shopping attractions. It was very quiet and exactly what we needed after that first night. The AC was strong in the lobby but very weak in the room. Close door between the dressing area and the sleeping area in order to keep the room cool at night.

Excellent day beyond excellent staff, including housekeeping which went above and beyond to accommodate every request. Mr. Hugo and Mr. Nils at the concierge desk will see that you stay is an unbelievable one. Great location and the breakfast is one of the best. The courtesy extended by all will be something that you will remember always. This hotel might be rated for star, but has all of the five star qualities.

Clean and good location

The hotel is centrally located making access to sites easy to manage. The staff was very professional and accommodating to our needs. Amenities and comfort were all met.

It was great, nice staff, nice lounge, room good clean comfortable, we just stay 1 night, the hotel is in a great location.

Excelentes las condiciones de la habitación, e l desayuno cubre varias opciones y de calidad, el personal siempre amable y un muy buen detalle fue que el día que llegáis nos recibieron con decoraron en la habitación con globos y un pastel con vela para mi hijo ya que previamente me preguntaron si festejábamos algo con dicha visita. Nunca lo hubiera esperado, los felicito, fueron empáticos, saben lo que al cliente le gusta y valora. Una felicitación a la gerencia del hotel.
