시내 중심에 있어 어느 관광지이든 접근성이 나쁘지 않습니다. 고급 호텔의 느낌이 입구에서부터 풍기고 내부랑 객실도 예쁘지만 옛 호텔답게 엘리베이터라든지, 온냉수 별도로 조절해야하는 점들은 불편하긴 합니다

고풍스러운 분위기와 풍성하고 신선한 조식이 무척 만족스러웠습니다 장소는 렐루서점과도 가까운 편입니다

This is a gorgeous hotel with a wonderfully friendly staff. We were sad we only had one night there. The central location is also a plus.

El gerente del hotel, Joâo, muy amable, escogimos este hotel por su ubicación y reputación, no tomamos en cuenta que está en una zona de bares que no la cambiaría ni por eso… del sábado el domingo estuve incómodo por el ruido en la madrugada pero el gerente muy empático y amable nos cambió de habitación. El desayuno excelente, ubicación excepcional, se caminaba a todos lados, el concierge muy muy amable y paciente. Margarita nos dió muy buenos consejos al momento de nuestra llegada al igual que Antonio que nos ayudó a subir la maletas. La recámara limpia bonita y elegante. En general todo excelente.

Tarihi bir binada yer alan otel oldukça etkileyiciydi; odalar yeni, temiz ve konforluydu. Personel son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltı yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Küçük eksikler vardı (kulak pamuğu, pamuk, diş fırçası gibi ürünler yoktu) ama genel olarak deneyim çok olumluydu. Türkiye’deki Pera Palas’a benzetebilirim. Tavsiye ederim.

i can't say enough about this hotel. It was beautiful, comfortable, quiet, clean, and in the center of everything. Staff was great! I looked and didn't find a nicer hotel in Porto. Even the elevator was unique! It was much more than i expected. 5 stars

Welcoming environment with attentive staff. Drinks voucher and wine in room we're great touches. Would recommend making it easier to get water, i.e. not having to request but having dispensers in the hallways by rooms at night (I know it was available in the day, but it matters more at night). No complaints at all though as really enjoyed our stay (:

Le standing de l'hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur. Certes, on a portier, liftier, ... mais c'est un EX bel hôtel et même surclassés avec le VIP access, on a dû reformuler 3 fois les mêmes demandes (pour des verres car ils étaient tous sales) et la bouteille de vin censée nous être offerte à notre arrivée. Aucune patère dans la salle de bain, des joints silicone jaunis, des portes de placard qui ne fermaient pas avec les réglettes de lumière qui s'allumaient de façon intempestive, y compris la nuit, aucun respect écologique, même en étendant nos serviettes pour signaler qu'il n'était pas utile de les laver, elles l'étaient qd même. La piscine extérieure est un minuscule bassin non chauffé coincé entre 3 murs, la terrasse en bois est dangereuse (nombreuses lattes cassées, qui s'enfoncent de + de 6 cm (de quoi se faire très mal au pied), des événements organisés 2 jours / les 3 passés, avec musique style techno ou macarena très forte (nous avions prévu d'aller au restaurant de l'hôtel, mais nous avons fui ce bruit), la literie est affaissée. Par contre, la déco et l'architecture sont très belles, le personnel souriant (mais pas forcément bien attentif aux demandes), le petit déjeuner est fantastique.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. A true 5 star. The staff were excellent and the hotel was beautifully decorated with many spectacular features. A real gem!

Stunning architecture and amazing location to visit Porto. Walkable, safe and excellent service. Like stepping back in time but still modern. Epitome of class and old world charm.
