It was great but hard to get truck parked

Hotel is looking tired. Bathroom door hing was loose. Refurb of the hotel starts in July.

Staff were cheerful and nice. Everything was clean. Breakfast was decent.

I dropped the remote between the couch and wall, reached down and pulled up a pair of men’s underwear and a straw. Because I booked through Trivago, I was not able to get any compensation. Just a heads up!

Excellent front desk staff.

Because we are an older couple it would be nice to see upgraded chair height toilets. The breakfast was quite well done and with lots of variety. The only fruit we saw was Banana .Overall good experience. As for experience your follow from booking to arriving was very good .Thanks Ken

Great location near highway, shops, and restaurants. Older hotel showing its age and very much in need of renovations. Staff were polite, breakfast was good. Value for money for the stay was debatable given the condition of the hotel.

It was clean. Our room smelled musty. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Fitness centre is extremely small. Breakfast is limited.

It was a good experience except the bed was awful. My bad hurt all night long.

The entire stay was great. The room was very clean. The staff were amazing. The only issue I had was when I used the pool. It was warm but it needed a thorough cleaning. The sides of the pool needed a good scrubbing. I would definitely stay there again.

The property is in desperate need of refurbishment. The carpets are extremely stained and dirty and things like the trim in the bathroom and the flooring in the bathroom around the edges is all falling apart. The bed was comfortable but there is no USB by the bed that were functioning which made it very inconvenient. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was just so-so.

Good sized room and generally comfortable, bathroom a bit dated. Pillows really soft and very small which didn't make sense with a big king bed. Would be nice to have a rate without breakfast included. Stayed several nights , on the Friday it was very loud in halls due to sports teams.

Perfect location. Friendly staff and ok breakfast. Beds were supposed to be queen but they were doubles.
