It's spacious and comfortable. If you're renting a car, this is a much better option than the downtown hotels. The front desk staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.

Overall good stay. Very friendly and professional staff. Room was clean. Carpet condition could be improved.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and was served on real diningware with real silverware and glasses. It had a rustic, homey feel to it and we liked it. We had a great night’s sleep and will definitely use this hotel again in future travels.

Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Bathroom so dark you could not even navigate and shower had large calking running down the tiles. Swimming pool was dirty and tiles were crumbling. 80% of the lights in the pool room were out so when the sun went down it was creepy and seriously dark.

Had to leave Hotel did not even stay the night. They're was a huge Indian party in party room with doors open and there DJ was in hallway. Pool smelled like mildew water looked dirty. Room is poorly cleaned.

Nice rooms

Hotel is very nice and so is the surrounding neighborhood.

It was a great stay and we were not too far from stores and etc. Our room was at the end of the first floor and we heard people going in and out of the door each night. Breakfast was fine just wish the space was bigger. Also, the housekeeper came into my room while sleeping. I had paid for extra hours passed the noon check out! Besides that great hotel.

Nice hotel for really reasonable price with free and easy parking, good and complimentary breakfast and convenient location.

This was an overnight stay but in just 24 hours, I came to the realization that I won’t be back. Check in was very smooth, no complaints there. We the room was a nice size for the price and seen that I had kids during the stay it was perfect. There was no body wash in the bottle in the bathroom. When the shower is on, somehow water leaks/shoots out the shower. So that made the entire floor wet. I went in the fridge and it was leftover snack from the last stay. Meaning they didn’t even clean the fridge. I took the kids down to the pool which did not look like the pictures. The pool really needs to be done over, the stairs/ladder in the pool is shakey/unsteady. The sides of the pool are chipped and missing cement. I wanted the kids to get out because I didn’t even trust it but they wanted to stay seen that was the reason we stayed there for the pool. The next morning they went down for breakfast, I feel it could have been more options and quality. An to top it off, I dint think the pool was cleaned overnight or that morning. Seen it was a lot of hair in the pool. Just not a good time, very disappointing.

I recently drove over 6 hours with my family and arrived in town earlier than expected. Based on the email I received from the property prior to arrival, I understood that early check-in was possible for a $50 fee if checking in before noon. The email did not mention any specific time that would be considered “too early” for early check-in. When I arrived and attempted to check in, the front desk informed me that no one is allowed to check in before 9AM—yet, when I spoke with the reservations department, they stated 8AM. I explained my situation and pointed out that no such policy was mentioned in the confirmation email, so how would a guest even know about this restriction? Despite this, I was told I’d have to pay for Friday night in full, even though I was clearly trying to check in just a few hours before the standard Saturday check-in time. I expected the $50 early check-in fee to apply—not a full night’s charge. Once we were finally allowed to check in, I was extremely disappointed. The room looked nothing like the photos on the website. It was outdated, had bugs flying around, stained mattresses, and the breakfast was inedible. I regret choosing this property and even more so that other guests in my party stayed here as well. I’ve stayed at many Hyatt locations, particularly the ones in Oak Brook, IL, and this place doesn’t come close to those standards.
