이호텔은 대 부분 좋았지만, 방안에 일부 조명이 들어 오지 않았고, 스위트룸급이였지만 경치가 그렇게 좋지 않았습니다. 턱이 있어서 캐리어등을 옮기기가 쉽지 않았고, 그렇다고 해서 짐을 옮기는 것을 도와주는 직원들리 따로 있거나 적극적이지 않았습니다. Overall, the hotel was very good. However, some of the lights in the room were not working, and although it was a suite-level room, the view was rather disappointing. In addition, the step inside the room made it inconvenient to move luggage, and there did not seem to be staff specifically available or proactive in assisting with luggage

Waited 1,5h for our room past check in, with a baby. Then the room was not ready, and it was not what we ordered. Paid for an upgrade. Got a voucher for a drink as compenstion. Expected more from such a renowed hotel.

I recommend staying at Diplomat Hotel Stockholm, best location, excellent and attentive staff. The restaurant and the café are perfect.

Great location to explore Stockholm. Limited lounge area and no bar. Otherwise a good hotel

This hotel is on the seafront in Stockholm - ideally placed to walk to all of the sites. The breakfast is very good - cold buffet and hot meals to order. The only negative is that the hotel bar seems to close at 9.00pm - hardly convenient when you've had a day sight seeing! Nevertheless, a nice, clean and comfortable hotel.

Great location and comfortable. A lot of noise from the street motorcycles on weekend nights. The hotel says they’re working with the City on the issue…

Beatuiful historic hotel in downtown Stockholm (Östermalm). Walkable to the Old Town (Gamla Stan) and Djurgården (with all the museums). The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Our room was cleaned daily and we never saw the cleaning staff. The room was very beautiful and well maintained while still keeping the historic charm. Small things but still could have improved our stay/I wish I had known: 1)The rooms are small. We got a suite which was the size of a normal hotel room. 2)The AC does not really work in the room, which was OK becuase it was very cool in the evenings, but there is also no ceiling fan so the room got very toasty in the evening. 3) There is no door between the bathroom area and the bedroom so when I was getting ready in the morning I easily disturbed my sleeping husband. 4) There is one, very old elevator in the hotel, which broke towards the end of our stay, which made it very difficult to get to our room on the 6th floor. 5) There is a cocktail bar on the first floor, which we were excited to try, but it was NEVER open. We checked every evening of our week long stay. 6) Our minifridge was never restocked throughout our stay despite. We called down to request a refill but this was not done.
