보통 캐나다호텔 대부분이 예약금액 (실제로 객실에서 자는 금애) 이외에 보증금액을 받음. 보통 100~200불. 난 100불 카드로긁었음. 그리고 체크아웃시에 돌려준다고함.(실제로 이건 신원조회나 보증이 이유이기때문에 즉시 금액이 빠져나가진않음) 객실에서 기기파손이나 아무문제전혀없이 체크아웃하고 보증금 다시 refund된다고해서 토론토로넘어왔음. 이틀지나고나서 보증금전액 돌려주지않고 결제됬다고 돈빠져나갔음.. 전화해보니 내말못알아듣겠다고하고 다른번호알려주면서 거기로해보라고했는데, 그번호로 해보니없는번호로뜸.. 그래서 다시 거기호텔에전화했더니 내번호 차단해놓음 (블랙리스트로놓은듯).. 자동응답기로 바로연결되버림. 여기 절대가지마세요 . 보증금달라해도 카드잔액없다고하던가 현금주고 다시찾아오세요. 악질호텔임.

가격대비 만족할 만함. 주위에 24시간 운영하는 Beer store 하고 맥도널드 점이 있고, 차로 5분거리에 쇼핑몰이 있어 괜찬음

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the breakfast. The bad includes one tiny elevator. You can't even use the stairs because they are only for an emergency. The elevator also shakes when it starts moving. The wifi was useless and it didn't work well enough to do anything. There were people smoking right in front of the door when I arrived and I got to breathe that in. The alarm was set from the previous guest and woke me up at 5 am. The pillows were tiny. The garbage bags were just left hanging on the garbage cans for me to put in. The room was completely overpriced, and the deposit of $250 dollars is ridiculous. I stayed in 5 different hotels in Canada, and this one was by far the worst.

Pet fee ridiculous if staying only 1night; $52; fee is per stay so longer stays possibly reasonable. I was in a king suite, layout puzzling at best, television mounted on the wall BESIDE the bed. Couch/hideabed faces foot of the bed so tv is also on a side wall from the facing direction so impossible to view. Bathroom with walk in shower is great. Parking lot is a good size but the spaces are extremely narrow noted one small ding on my truck from another vehicle door and of course no note or courtesy message left. Parked off away so only another spot on the one side of my vehicle and some individual could only hit one side of it.

Travelling for work, staff was friendly, room was clean and location was convenient.

Clean room. Gym was clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Restaurant for dinner was quite good with large portions for a good price. Hotel was in a good location. Short distance to all the places we needed to go to. Will definitely be returning

Oliver who checked us in was amazing and very kind. No issues with staff. The property itself is very run down and shabby. The Internet was spotty at best in our room and we kept losing connection. The top sheet had a weird brown stain on it which was outputting. The toilet paper roll had someone else's hair on it as well which was weird It was very noisy between outside street noises and hallway noises. You can hear everything. The AC units worked on. We wanted to use the constant fan in order to drown out all the noise, but that didn't work. The in room refrigerator sounded like it was days away from breaking down. The breakfast buffet was very basic and was set up in the Golden elephant restaurant which was strange. For the price we paid, it was a very basic hotel room. Honestly, you can pay $20 more for a better hotel room in a better area.
