Usually, I would say it was a good place to stay because I’ve stay there several times before after they did renovation, they no longer allow pets, I had to cancel my stay. Thank God I got the insurance just in case I had to cancel because I would’ve got my money back, so make sure to get the insurance.

The first room we were issued was dirty with thrash bags ,bed undone

The property is newly renovated. Very clean, next to Denny's and other restaurants. Close to the casinos

It was comfortable and quiet

Everything was good. Bright lobby! Need bigger numbers on doors. Room door seemed a little off. Maybe kicked in before. Sheet rock dust on interior door handle. No carpet is a plus! Toilet, tub, sink was clean. Towels was not stained or dirty looking.Bed sleep able and xlean..

Our stay was GREAT I thought I had lost my ring and the manager said they were going to look for it and give me a call if they found it but I found in my luggage and He actually did call to say they didn’t find it that was very nice Thank you 😊

It was quiet and convenient to all my business, I needed to take care of . Close to some great restaurants that I liked.

I koved everything

The bed was nice the room was newly remodeled. There was no place to put luggage except on the bed or the floor

I was very dissatisfried said it had a swimming pool itwas all cover up with dirt. No ice machine had medicine that had to stay cold. Room was cleaned.

The reception is always so welcoming, they remember me on a name basis is awesome 👌 rooms are always clean, everytime i go to bossier city i book with them!

If you have are physically disabled this hotel is not for you. It is being remodeled and does not have an elevator nor any ground level rooms. The “remodeled room “ had a very noisy air conditioner unit and it was just oh well. The beds are not comfortable. If you don’t have a disability and just need a place to crash then stay.

Rooms and the stay experience has been fantastic. Rooms are extremely comfortable!

Definitely not for children. But in a good area and convenient

It was okay. There was no iron in the room and the mattress was not comfortable.

I stayed here recently and was incredibly disappointed. The hotel advertises several amenities that are either non-existent or laughably misrepresented. The “pool” was actually filled in with dirt—nothing but a memory at this point. The washer and dryer were bizarrely placed out in the open next to the vending machine, like an afterthought, and definitely not something you’d expect at a professional hotel. The “grill area” was literally a personal backyard grill chained to a tree. I’m not exaggerating—it looked like someone wheeled it over from home and locked it up. None of this was mentioned at booking. Everything was either “under construction” so we heard banging noises first thing in the morning. This place feels more like a rundown roadside motel than the full-service hotel it claims to be. The only “nice” part of the entire property is the lobby. Don’t waste your money—look elsewhere.

It is very clean and has just been completely remodeled and is in new condition.
