아침 식사 컬리티가 많이 좋아요 가지수는적어도 다 맛있어요

* 서비스 불친절. 이번 유럽 여행 중 숙소 5개 정도 이용했는데 가장 불친절. 지도 물어보니 호텔 어딘지 주요 명소 어딘지 소개도 안해주고 그냥 종이 가져가란 식. 호텔에서 공항까지 어떻게 가냐 물었더니 5~6만원 거리를 무작정 택시 타라고 함. 심지어 바셀은 공항버스 굉장히 이용하기 편한 도시 중 하나임. * 방에 먼지 가득, 청소 상태 불량. 냉장고 없음. * 방음 잘 안되고 호텔 맞은 편 클럽인지 주말 저녁 굉장히 시끄러웠음. * 위치는 좋음. 버스 정류장도 매우 가까운 곳에 몇군데 있고 주요 명소 걸어다니가에도 편함!

직원들의 서비스는 만족합니다.편안한 숙박이었습니다.

밤에 다녀도 위험하지 않은 지역이어서 그 점이 가장 마음에 들었습니다. 바로 앞에 큰 마트가 있어서 장보기도 좋았고요. 객실에 냉장고가 없다는 게 좀 불편했습니다.

조용하고 직원들이 친절했어요~

주변에 버스정류장도 많아 교통이 편리했다. 주변에 아무것도 없어서 밤에는 조금 무섭기도 했지만... 바로 앞에 슈퍼마켓도 있고, 주요 관광지와 가까워서 편리했다. 전체적으로 깨끗하고 예의있는 스태프들....만족스러운 호텔이었다

Spotlessly clean and rooms re-cleaned daily. Comfy beds and good shower. Plenty of storage. Breakfast had enough variety, and freshly squeezed orange juice was nice. I really liked that bottled water was available free of charge in reception and a water cooler on each floor, meaning we could fill our bottles with cold water before going out. Unfortunately our room's only window was a view of air conditioning tubes, making the room a bit dark - but this didn't really affect our stay.

Nice hotel in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona and had a very pleasant experience. The building has a classic, old-style feel that adds a lot of character, and the rooms are comfortable and well kept. Customer service was attentive and professional throughout the stay, The area itself is very nice, and well connected, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, a solid stay with great service in a beautiful neighborhood.

Brilliant stay, clean hotel and very kind staff. Everything was in order, would’ve been great if there was a fridge though!

Very far away from metro and bus stops compared to other hotels.

We had been on a road trip through France, Andorra and Spain. This was our most expensive hotel and it was the worst! The staff were surly and just not that helpful, apart from 1 member of staff who did his best. The worst being the male who was in charge of breakfast. The cooked items were burnt and dried out. When I asked if they had any more fresh fruit, it was emphatic, No! There was still over an hour of the breakfast time left. The room was not good as it was very dark, just one spot ceiling light and side lamps. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly and the grouting everywhere was dirty! It was a big shame as the city of Barcelona has so much to offer! I would return to see of Barcelona, but not to the hotel Condado!

The hotel is in a convenient location, with easy access to transportation yet walk-able to prime areas of interest, while at the same time, quiet and accessible. The staff was very helpful and readily assisted with any needs. Wifi was available and consistent, as well as a computer for use in the lobby area, which was very helpful. The only negative is that breakfast was not included, and quite pricey.

Good location. The room was ok. The staff was unfriendly. Breakfast between American breakfast with some Spanish things, but nothing remarkable. Good neighborhood and the restaurant in opositor corner was delicious.
