Beautiful and Comfortable Hotel. Especially I appreciate to Annac, the receptionist. She helped my check in and kindly answered all of my questions!

주변 치안도 좋고 교통도 좋고 방 컨디션이나 친절함 모두 훌륭합니다. 더블보다는 트윈룸이 방 크기는 더 넓습니다. 조식은 그동안 로마에서 묶었던 호텔 중 가장 좋았습니다.

도착 하자마자 누우려고 침대시트를 걷었는데, 털 로 가득한 시트를 보게 되었고,호텔 측에 얘기를 했으나 사과도없고 40분이나늦게 교체하러 와서 궁시렁댔다. 어떻게 시트교체도 안하고 손님을 받을수 있지?그러고도 1박당 시티세 6유로는 꼬박고박 챙겼더라

핫딜처럼 유인해서 선택했는데...체크인 시 갑자기 저희 아들 (만 5세)은 규정상 safety reason 이라며 extra bed를 무조건 신청해야 한다면서 1박당 30유로 받았습니다. 예약당시에는 요청시 extra bed가 무료라고 했었고 또 예약당시 safety reason으로 3세 이상아동은 따로 extra bed에 재워야 한다는 말도 홈페이지에 없었습니다. 이탈리아의 인상이 이 호텔로 인해 정말 별로 였습니다. 그냥 깡패같았어요. 조식도 정말 먹을게 없었구요.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff could not have been nicer!

Habitación excelente

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean, however, underwhelming. The bed was firm and the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. The blanket was thin. Would’ve liked a thicker blanket especially that it was cold and rainy outside.

Everything was wonderful! The staff, the room, the location...

La chambre était superbe, spacieuse et impeccable. J’aurais apprécié un peu plus de luminosité, mais cela reste un détail. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, attentionné et à l’écoute. J’ai passé un séjour excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay in Rome. This hotel is close to the train, a 10 minute walk. There was a grocery store at the end of the block with a wine bottle opener in the room and wine glasses. The pillows were amazing! They have a wonderful breakfast with lots of options. The front desk workers spoke English well and were very helpful!

Overall good stay. Wonderful reception staff, great central location for sightseeing, breakfast is decent, housekeeping is good, but soundproofing is not good. Could clearly hear other room occupants opening and closing their doors, their footsteps, talking and even blow-drying their hair.

The staff was very accommodating. The hotel was quaint and close to the subways and everything we wanted to see. It was nice to have an elevator as well.

Rooms were of a good size as were the showers. Smaller than US standards but good size for Italy. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Hotel room clean. Staff accommodating. Breakfast mediocre.

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip to Italy. Two different rooms, but both were great! First we stayed in their largest room with a balcony and it was very spacious with a great outdoor space for evening wine on the patio. We also stayed in a regular room for a night before our flight home. It took was very nice, albeit smaller like a typical European hotel room. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms nicely appointed with robes and slippers, and the room was very clean. The truly outstanding part of this hotel is the staff. I mean as warm and welcoming as any staff at any hotel I’ve ever been too. Lately, breakfast was decent… not incredible, but there’s enough options for everyone to be fed for the day for sure. Great hotel that’s centrally located, less than a 10 minute walk to the central train station that goes to the airport and other cities. Wonderful restaurants, bars, and a grocery store at the end of the block.

When arrived there was an emergency fire it was nothing serious but we had to get out of the room and walk down 4 floors to the lobby. Then room was very small no place to put luggage. Staff was friendly and helpful but if you care about being comfortable this hotel is not a great fit.

We had a wonderful time. Hotel Britannia is located in a fantastic neighborhood near the Opera house, shopping, and plenty of good restaurants. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the major historic sites of Rome.

This hotel is very well located. Close to bus and metro stations, and walkable distance for city’s attractions.

The staff is amazing.
