Beautiful and Comfortable Hotel. Especially I appreciate to Annac, the receptionist. She helped my check in and kindly answered all of my questions!

프론트에 있는 사람들이 너무 친절해서 좋았습니다.

주변 치안도 좋고 교통도 좋고 방 컨디션이나 친절함 모두 훌륭합니다. 더블보다는 트윈룸이 방 크기는 더 넓습니다. 조식은 그동안 로마에서 묶었던 호텔 중 가장 좋았습니다.

도착 하자마자 누우려고 침대시트를 걷었는데, 털 로 가득한 시트를 보게 되었고,호텔 측에 얘기를 했으나 사과도없고 40분이나늦게 교체하러 와서 궁시렁댔다. 어떻게 시트교체도 안하고 손님을 받을수 있지?그러고도 1박당 시티세 6유로는 꼬박고박 챙겼더라

핫딜처럼 유인해서 선택했는데...체크인 시 갑자기 저희 아들 (만 5세)은 규정상 safety reason 이라며 extra bed를 무조건 신청해야 한다면서 1박당 30유로 받았습니다. 예약당시에는 요청시 extra bed가 무료라고 했었고 또 예약당시 safety reason으로 3세 이상아동은 따로 extra bed에 재워야 한다는 말도 홈페이지에 없었습니다. 이탈리아의 인상이 이 호텔로 인해 정말 별로 였습니다. 그냥 깡패같았어요. 조식도 정말 먹을게 없었구요.

Atendimento surpreendente, foram super receptivos nos deram um mapa, onde a atendente riscou os principais pontos de Roma e caminhos para fazermos, realmente atendimento personalizado me senti confortável e bem atendido.

Incrível. Ótimo serviço, quarto limpo, perto de tudo em Roma. Mesmo com a temperatura nas alturas perto dos 40 graus, o hotel foi relaxante e um ótimo local de descanso para nossa viagem de 3 dias. Muito perto da estação o que facilitou e muito nossos destinos

Nära och bra till centralstationen men ändå lugnt område. Lite äldre standard. Ok frukostbuffé men saknar bra bröd samt kändes mindre fräsch om man inte åt tidigt. Bra servicepersonal.

Brittania was perfect! The staff was very nice, the room was clean, no complaints at all. They even gave my husband and I a bottle of champagne when they realized it was my birthday. 💕

Courteous friendly helpful thoughtful polite caring hospitable. Those are the adjectives that come to mind when I think of my stay. The lobby had a weird cleaning product smell otherwise I think everything was excellent. One of my best trips thanks to this place.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was smaller than anticipated (couldn’t even leave our small suitcases open on the floor), and there was an awful smell throughout the hotel. However, It is a convenient location, close to all the major sights.

Historical hotel handy to railway station, drab exterior in shabby street but around the corner from good shopping and restaurants. Classic room was small but comfortable, renovated bathroom. The stairwell needs a makeover. Lobby and dining area lots of character. Tariff very high - may have paid a pontiff premium

This hotel is a gem, its quant and quiet. Convenient to just about everything you want to see in Rome. 10 minute walk to the Roma Termini, 15 to the Trevi fountain, restaurants in the area are close, food was amazing as well as café. Hotel staff were the best we have ever experienced. They took the time to help us navigate through Rome, what to see, where to go, how to get there. They really went above and beyond.

Amazing and helpful staff! Junior suite was spacious with a sitting area and terrace, lots of room for two people, so glad we booked it. Breakfast buffet was really good too. Only downside was the air conditioning in the sitting area was lower than in the bedroom area but we kept the partition door closed so that helped make the bedroom colder. We slept comfortably. I note it was extremely hot here this week, unseasonally higher temperatures. We walked almost everywhere but to the Vatican. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again!

Reception staff were great.

Staff was lovely and having a breakfast available was really nice. The beds were so comfortable in the room temperature since it was so hot was very soothing to be able to keep it cool.
