Nice quiet updated room

We didn’t feel safe cause the police keep coming in and out this place a lot of peoples outside like they selling drugs and that hotel is for the hood

This place has been a home away from home and I am forever thankful for the staff at the desk! The GM is always on point! The housekeeper Gloria is absolutely amazing and she cleans the room with experience and love! I am forever grateful

My room was perfect I had everything I needed and guest service was awesome

It was a a good place . It was a little outdated but good . They only had one set of kitchen ware for the rooms so if you need stuff to cook might want to bring some .

First there were alot of people in the parking lot with the music loud like if you were at a club then the hotel smelled like Marijuana, the room was dirty the ac didn't work properly then the sofa bed didn't worked right the mattress looked like they got it out of the dumpster.

It’s a very nice and a well kept hotel. If the price was just a little bit lower I could see it be perfect for what you need or want. Sometimes you go to these hotels and the room looks completely different but the pictures on the site are up2date

I don’t like the layout of the room and it definitely needs to be updated but for a night when you’re just passing through and need somewhere to sleep until morning it’s perfect.

I love the spacious area and plenty of room. Gives a homie feeling as soon as you walk in with a kitchen hat and couch but also gives you a better vibe as you walk farther in to where your bed and your window will be. The view of the city is absolutely amazing at night through the window but the morning sunrise is also beautiful.

When I enter the lobby, I smell marijuana, and it's a smoking-free room, but it smells like cigarettes.

The first room was disgusting and I have pictures. Housekeeping is very, very lazy. I had to ask for another room after being told housekeeping were gone for the day. The second room was okay but the door card mechanism was raggedy I had difficulty getting into my room. Internet is a rip off its Wifi is not strong at all and you have to pay for a stronger signal. I told Benjamin but he was NO HELP at all. Ruth was EXCELLENT. Manager questionable definitely does not care. If there was a way I could post all the pictures that I have I would but it's not giving me the option.

Don't stay there front desk managers are lier's and trying to extort excessive fees ,I booked a handicapped room when I checked in I was told none was available not good service

I would like a refund the mattress are horrible and could not sleep laps are broken and leaning and no light bulb There is no real breakfast just a muffin at the desk
