괜찮습니다

강변에 위치한 호텔은 무척 아름답고, 특히 교통이 매우 편리했습니다. 걸어서 구 시가지를 가면 다양한 식당과 펍, 관광지가 있어 지루할 틈이 없었습니다. 조식은 깔끔했고, 과일은 신선했으며 빵과 커피는 정말 최고였습니다.

Pænt hotel men opdagede desværre bed bugs på værelset den første aften så måtte skifte værelse. Generelt pænt og rent så sikkert ikke et udtryk for dårlig hygiejne men alligevel et chok at finde de kryb i sengen.

The whole staff where helpful and spared no effort in making my stay trouble free. Especially Mael. who assisted in helping me to organise my trips around Lyon. I will return to this hotel again so I can explore more of Lyon City. ( Phillip)

This property is very well located in the historic area of Lyon. It was very easy to walk to all the major sites from the hotel. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at Le Phenix.

Breakfast was lovely, staff super helpful, room nice a quiet and comfortable. Lunch was amazing, would highly recommend

Better maintenance and update bathrooms would be good

Wonderful staff, very helpful and especially patient with other guests who didn’t know how to behave. Nice upgraded room with view of the river. Only problem was the elevator broke but the helped move our luggage down two flights of stairs. This is a great location if you are visiting old town. Everything is within walking distance. I wish they had access cards instead of old fashioned keys, I’m not sure what the charm of metal keys is. Also, the doors to the rooms tend to slam shut with great force so we were woken early by several not so considerate guests…. Overall a great pick, staff made it very easy.

Kahvaltı çeşidi biraz daha fazla olabilirdi. Oda çok temizdi.

Great location, at the edge of the old city so it’s quiet but right in the heart of the good stuff. Staff was really friendly and helpful, really down to earth. The breakfast was very good in a comfortable room.
