강변에 위치한 호텔은 무척 아름답고, 특히 교통이 매우 편리했습니다. 걸어서 구 시가지를 가면 다양한 식당과 펍, 관광지가 있어 지루할 틈이 없었습니다. 조식은 깔끔했고, 과일은 신선했으며 빵과 커피는 정말 최고였습니다.

A spacious, spotless room, very nice bathroom, kind and welcoming staff, a top-notch breakfast, and the perfect location from which to explore Lyon. I would absolutely stay here again!

Our room was large with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and had a tub and shower. The hotel desk staff was very helpful with making travel arrangements for our further travel. The hotel lobby was well appointed. There were many chairs and tables for visiting and for reading quietly. A great place to stay.

The Phenix was right in the heart of olde town. A beautiful location with great restaurants steps away.

Très agréable séjour à nouveau passé au Phénix. Personnel avenant et accueillant, hôtel très propre, calme et cosy se trouvant dans un lieu historique de Lyon. Rapport qualité prix excellent !!! Merci beaucoup et au plaisir de revenir vous voir.

Les chambres classiques sont vraiment petites avec des fenêtres qui donnent sur le patio qu’on ne peut pas ouvrir . Lit de 140 cm Proche de la laverie ( levé à 8:00 le week-end ) Des fils qui dépassent de la TV qui est placée en décalée très difficile à regarder Une baignoire balneo qui ne fonctionne pas … Un chaleur insupportable la nuit Bref très décevant
