욕조가 고장나서 물이 안내려감. 같은아침9시반부터 같은층에서 공사해서 엄청시끄러움.

Railway station and bus terminal both very near, city center is only 10 minites walk distance. Locatin is superb.

Great place to stay Very central and a short walk to most things No A/C but fortunately the weather was cool The biggest complaint is not being able to open the windows because of a security strap. This was a great disadvantage

Conveniently located to cruise port. Quiet and clean

La atención en el front desk, maravillosa! Habitación , pequeña pero cómoda y con agua y café! El desayuno bastante aceptable! Para tomar un crucero , ideal a 10 mins del puerto en taxi ! Se puede caminando sin lluvia……

Buena ubicación oara ir al crucero y muy cerca de la estación de tren. Importante, no tiene aire acondicionado el hotel en las habitaciones, te dan un pequeño ventilador y la ventana casi no abre. Tomarlo en cuenta si viene en temporada de calor.

The bed was comfortable. Upon leaving there were no luggage carts available. There was a convention going on and my husband had to bring our luggage down one piece at a time. I am disabled and couldn’t help him.

Everything was great however is time to have a proper air conditioning system. Is too hot for a fan.

All the staff we came into contact with were excellent and very accomodating. Good choice of food at a reasonable price from the bar. Choice & quality of breakfast items was good. Room is a little dated but comfortable. Biggest downside is teh lack of air conditioning.

Stayed here for 1 night for a concert at the St Mary's Stadium. Easy parking £12 overnight. Easy walk to stadium. Clean simple hotel. Staff all lovely. Would definitely stay again

Good base to explore New Forest. The restaurant onsite has a good menu. Be aware, the Gym and pool allow only 12 guests at a time, so you might have to wait sometimes. Parking available at the hotel for £12 per night.

Room was very hot as no air com although a fan was provided

Room was lovely and so were the staff, stones throw from the station, would definitely stay again.
