Property is obviously run down, not much for food around. Some very sketchy ppl lurking around the parking lot... NO PLUG IN FOR YOUR VEHICLE!!! Breakfast was a complete let down, have your chioce of cereal, yugurt, toast or waffle. Very disappointed!

The place are not good to recommend for friends. First cleanliness should be your main priority.

Moldy shower curtain. Not wheel chair or stroller accessible at all. No elevator to get to second floor. Closed doors in the middle of the second floor hallway with more stairs to climb. Was very inconvenient with a stroller.

I am not a super nit picky person but those who are would have been not to happy. It was a place to sleep for the night and fairly quiet beds were not to bad the bathroom was big good for me to assist my special needs child. There were some things that I will mention, we came as guests of three there were only 2 bath towels mismatched and 2 different sizes , 2 shampoos and bar hand soap no conditioner or lotion, very thin pillows , no radio or clock, no cup in the bathroom, no creamers for coffee in my room . And the continental breakfast if you go all out to get a waffle maker maybe have a few little extras there was only toast and bagels with jam or peanut butter, margarine , tea , coffee and juice in a jug on the counter, no fruit or little yogurts or maybe even some packaged boiled eggs or little cheeses , I am diabetic so breakfast is important an apple would have been great. I have stayed at several Motels is Sudbury for the same price and have gotten a full breakfast and the extras . You know it's all those things that would make things so much better like the customers are thought of were cared about . We did ask for a radio and pillows and did get them .

Check in was good. Room was nice and quiet. Only negative was the breakfast. Nothing fancy. Very simple toast and cereal. But nothing to complain about either.

The towels look like they need a good bleaching, the fridge was filthy, food options for breakfast very limited. Front desk staff friendly . A budget hotel with a limited budget

Great location makes it easy to get to most everything on the south side of Sudbury, all necessities in driving or walking distance. The only thing negative for me was the hallways are very dimly lit. The outside areas was covered in snow but the Motel is located on a raised area with very easy access and great view.

It stormed so we stopped early

Metal doors between each section in hallway is annoying

This is close to restaurants and a very reasonable price. We have stayed before and will again. The beds are comfortable although the pillows are small and we usually have to ask for extras

The staff are wonderful and the rooms ate great

An ok place. It’s old but so am I so can’t hold that against them. We had a 2 day stay and the room was not cleaned. Coffee was not the best.
